fan/carbon filter questions

Hi ICM! I have a 10x11x8 flowering room with the lights running on it's own closed vent system and a few questions arose while I was trying to figure out a good inline fan/carbon filter for exhausting the room. I was looking at a Can-Filter rated at 1260 CFM max exhaust and it mentions it has a pressure drop of .75"wg. My first question is do I get a fan rated at 1260 CFM to match that or do I get a fan that is around 1260 CFM after a drop in static pressure of .75"wg?
I initially assumed I needed to take into account the pressure drop when looking for fans so I was looking at a 12" Vortex V-12XL 2050 CFM and it says it has 1445 CFM at a pressure drop of .75"wg. My second question is will a fan rated at 1445 CFM work with a carbon filter at 1260 CFM or would there be some negative effects?
And finally my last question is what do you guys think would be a good inline fan/carbon filter combo to exhaust a 10x11x8 room?

Here are a few links so you can see where my numbers are coming from

Not enough info. How many watts?
I always say go as big as you can with the filter.
A Can Mac 10" sounds ok. Or a 14" if you're not sure. Over do it and turn it down if you can afford it.

11x10x8 = 880 you want a fan than can change the air latest 20 times per hour. 880x20= 17600 cf

never use a smaller filter than what the fan size you are using, you will need to replace them a lot sooner if you can use a bigger filter that way they will last longer.

10" high power ruck fan and 10" Rhino filter <AKA phat filters.= last up to 3 years
