4400 watt grow room help

Im moving in with 2 other med paitents next mont we are setting up 3 1000watts one 600 and 2 400s hps flowering room. how big should the room be? It will be around 45 plants in 10-15 gallon pots. i just need a little outside advice. thanks

I would not use the 400 watt lights for plants in a 10-15 gallon pot. It would be a waste of time IMO. And do you want just enough space to walk around? Or do you need space for reservoirs, ferts, and other shit?

Are you using the 400's because you already have them? If so thats cool but if your gonna buy them i would just get another 1k. A 10x15 (or around there) room would be a good size to go with and would give you plenty of room to walk around and put anything you need.

Looks like were in the same state haha..I got a 8x10 ish room im gonna be running either 2400 or 3k vert in after this harvest. But it will be very crammed.Are you guys thinking of only having one room?

I agree with the other poster, mine as well just get another 1000 watter. 400 watters have really bad penetration, wouldn't work well with big plants, at least not as well as the 1kw. Also 45 10 gallons, is kind of a lot for 4kw, 10 gallon pots are huge, you could probably get away with using less plants, or using smaller pots. Can't wait to see how it turns out!
