I bought a water cooler and a couple extra bottles, and just fill them up with my RO system. Saves tons of money and the water is awesome.

i drink brita filtered water from south jersey and philly, south jersey is good out of the tap.
I try to drink 4 liters a day, and aim to do 2 liters before 12:30 and 1 when i wake up
i love chugging liters, addicted

i run reg tap water thru a water vortex magnitizer. the wmv breaks up the water into smaller units that make it easier to hydrate. sounds full of shit don't it? thang is, i was suffering severe leg cramps that no prescribed meds were alleviating and after drinking the wvm water my cramps are gone or almost gone. i'm talking painful cramps where i sit in a chair with my legs propped up on pillows and limping around w/o the hydration and normal painfree, crampfree life when properly hydrated. picked up the idea from nevil over at mns forums. it was his first post/topic he addressed after his extended hiatus. he recommended it for plants but in organic related supplements what's good for the plants is often good for us. i also now take naturally chelated trace minerals and ormus. i can tell a big difference in energy and general feeling of robust health. idiit.

Smoke Buddy

Since my well is at 1500 ppm tds, for drinking and cooking, I buy bottled RO water from the machine in front of the market for 1.75/5 gal. good stuff.
I actually tried to grow with my well water and what a crappy experience that was... now all my grow water comes from my buddies hose... fill up 8 five gall jugs at a time... nice to have a friend with city water close by.
peace :rasta:

Our water is pretty good quality, when I was in the USA I near chocked while drinking tap water, tasted like..... chemicals, as for distilled water, isn't that bad for you if your only drinkin it and no other water? No trace minerals in it?

I drink RO/Tap. 50/50.

I think drinking RO water by itself can be harmful by draining your body of calcium, magnesium, etc.

Maybe I'll go 100 % RO and take a cal/mag supplement. hmm

thoughts ?
