Ha, ha ha! Would be awesome, but he would be admitting on behalf of our historic collective US governments to a whole lot of lies. That would be a shitstorm that makes our government look bad, and would esentially be legalization anyways. I think they would have to go straight to legalization and reg. so they can play off their errant knowledge of MJ without eating so much crow.

No one seems to be looking at the money trail. The same logic that would prevail in the courtroom is not used in everyday matters. Conpartmentalization is what that is. Naw, I don't think the fallout would be that bad from doing it.
He could say that recent evidence has shown that Cannabis may have some medicinal value, and that he is removing it from schedule one so research can be done to show whether this is true or not before any further steps are taken(decrim, legalization, etc...)
Everyone would accept that.
It would pave the way to decriminalization.

What a joke. First, The president is not FOR legal cannabis. He MISLED you that think so. That is CRYSTAL CLEAR.
The speech was a bust. The main thing he needed to talk about which is OBVIOUSLY the economy and how it relates to SPENDING in Washington. What did the team obama come up with? Freeze spending for 5 years. That is going to garantee a financial disaster worse than what we already have. Because its not actually a freeze for one thing and we need to immediately get back to pre war levels of spending along with incentive for business in order to get full employement eh. That means ending those fukin stupid assed wars, dumb ideas in the first place= Bush the idiot for sure. Oh, its not just the wars, its the special interest LOBBIES that actually form legeslation in DC. Thats gotta end. while Im at it, term limits and no lifetime benefits for serving your counrtry in government. They have quite an elitist system set up for themselves and that goes against everything we are supposed to be about here. Oh there allot more problems too but Im sure you get my drift.

But I really don't think they(who ever they is) will be declaring Obama a traitor/criminal, and over turning everything he did.
