Damn man you are wasting a lot of money.

heres my break down...

soil 16 pallets 480 bricks at $23 a unit -

11500 in soil after shipping
2 tons of wormcasting - 2k after shipping
Smartpots - 5k
pelletize espoma nutrients - $100-$200 max
Garden trellis 3280' - $600
480 8' stakes - $1200

trimming cost nothing i pay people in weed.

then we can get at least 3k per unit so 1 10lb 600gal will take care of most everything.

nice looking garden sickskills but im sure you could probably shave 10-20k off your expenses with some tweaking....250 a lb for trmming is steep...ive never heard it over 200. shit i know most kids are trimming for 100-150 an lB now because prices are so low only veterans get 200...or buy a trimming machine.

75k to landowners is that a bribe or protection money or something...or just your costs to purchase/rent the land.
and about 5k of your costs are in equipment you can use again next year so you can knock that off.

still after punching your numbers it looks like you cleared a good 200k+...

Im definitely had to waste some money to make some... My trimmers do this for a living so they cant really do the whole 1oz/lb thing, maybe some hippy nomads that will steal a couple oz while they're at it...Prices haven't changed always been 250(in or out) in my area, and I don't know anyone I trust or want at any of my spots that will do it for less. "Nah Im cool I got this other spot and they have 500 not just 2-3" It actually gets competitive keeping trimmers and I prefer and get my shit done quick, 10-15 people per day and it gets knocked out and gone before flood hits. I just had them do the first 20 on hand, rocked those and that paid for all the trimming. Land lease was a major hit but Im not in any position to purchase anything and this way Im at no real risk of seizure or anything of the sort... and growing on pubic lands here = bust all day...They took two loads off my mountain that were on public land, one of which had cut down 12 redwoods when clearing their spot. Im not even an outdoor grower, this was only my second real run outside. Some people came to me with a bomb ridgetop spot that wanted to grow but didn't know how so they asked me to, and they get a cut, fine by me... I did it the last two years and Im burnt out on it tho, rather rock ins, probably wont do it again next year unless I had a forever flower gh haha. But I definitely like to watch other big grows of all sorts, good luck Aero hope you crush!

Couple dollars I could saved on soil, even at 8.5$ a bag shits expensive, If I could get a larger truck up my road I could have gotten bulk soil at 40/yd. I also got a pallet of perlite you might not have to if growing in just sunshine but i don't care for the end product with it. Lets see, my fencing.. First had to deer fence in 8000sqft, that took a lot of 8' deer fence and steel post that are like 7 bucks each so that was a chunk, and I used 6' metal fencing(similar to hortitrellis but made with thick wire)...We thought we would be getting 5lbers each easily but it was a terrible weather year cause elnino and we suffered the effects only got 3s so the wire was over kill but nice. hortitrellis can still allow a lot of falling over, I used it last year. definitely couda been a little more efficient...cost of doin bizness on tha fly i suppose.

Everything is sounding great so far Aero! I'm looking forward to seeing how this goes for you this year.

I will be doing my first outdoor this year, but on a very much smaller scale then yours. Hope to compare and contrast with you throughout the season!

yea the outdoor plots definately seem like a headache, and everyone thinks its easier outside! i remember the panic that went around when there was rain on the forecast...people were running around buying up every tarp, etc. i know a guy who had to sleep in the fuckin rain for a few days on a cot. doesnt sound glamourous at all lol. the only good part is chopping down and sellin 300 lbs and getting that loot. most outdoor growers i kno are not flooding the market anymore...they might have 50 in storage but they let them off in 2s or 3s every week or so instead of dumping them all at once.

The keeping 50 in storage and dropping 2's and 3's at a time is something Julian used to preach all the time in his OD thread. He likened it to giving yourself a monthly paycheck.

...........we all wait with baited breath for Aero and his mad , leet growing skeelsz and PICTURES .....

Thanks for the answers on the light guys.

I would hope & assume you have some sort of a plan in place for the security aspect of getting that many supplies delivered. I assume you do & wouldn't want you to post it, just a good thing for others to keep in mind & think about.
