Starting new seeds w/ organic soil mix, but I can't find my bone/blood meal...

Starting new seeds w/ organic soil mix, but I can't find my bone and blood meal. Is there any one thing I can buy to substitute for them?

My mix is:

1/3 peat moss
1/3 steer compost
1/3 perlite
1/3 cup per gallon of bone meal
1/3 cup per gallon of kelp meal
1/3 cup per gallon of blood meal
2/3 cup per gallon of dolomite lime

So I'm wondering what I could use to replace the bone meal and blood meal that might be relatively unexpensive, if possible? Ideally I'm just trying to not have to go out and buy 2 new little boxes of each. Or any other suggestions would be great, thanks!

Dont get cheap.. go buy the little boxes, it will be well worth it.
