That looks delicious! Damn I'm hungry!

I cooked this one up yesturday,

2lbs pork
1/2lbs chorizo
1tbsp powdered chipotle
1tsp cumin
1tsp coriander
1/4tsp yellow curry powder
1/8tsp cayenne powder

put in a crock pot and 4-6 hours later it all falls apart and makes wonderfull taco meat. :)
You can reheat in a microwave perfectly, too!

Awesome, I need crock-pot recipes. I got one of those $20 jobs & have made pot roast & beef stew so so. Pretty easy, healthy and tasty too.

Liquids come from the fat in the chorizo and the little bit in the pork. :) Dont worry there's plenty of liquids!! Mmmm.... onions and peppers....now it sounds more like a Fajita recipe! I usually put Cilantro and onions on the tacos I make. :)

Got a wierd one for you guys! :)

Raspberry Jalapeno Jam -fucking delicious!!! :)

1.5 cups frozen Rasp.
.5 cups unwashed sugar, your choice of type
1.5-2.5 Jalapenos
1 tbsp water
1 half pint jar

Puree/mince/chop the shit out of the peppers
Saute the peppers and water for a bit
Add the raspberries and sugar
Bring to boil
Low boil for 10 to 15 mins, Length of time alters jam thickness/runniness
Pour into 1/2 pint jar, seal, and turn over

Cream cheese and jam on a Ritz cracker. Holy shit this stuff is good!
Makes a great superbowl snack. :)

@Darth, I've made some bombass roast beef in my crock. Just rub spices into a brisket or the like, refridge overnight, drop it in before work, and once you're home make some kickass sandwiches!
