So I recently got an Under Current System from cch2o and am going to be giving it a whirl and giving my fellow farmers an honest review.
I looked through the threads here and I couldn't find anyone else even running the UC system over here.

I have always wanted to try one of these, seen them in action at my local hydro shop, they look awesome. Congrats on the new purchase...

I made my own undercurrent system which worked great.

Unless you have a chiller, you're wasting your time.

Another thing is make sure you use a basic nutrient program without a bunch of additives because for DWC, the more crap you add the more problems you will have.

Also the biggest waiting period is when you put the clones in and wait for the roots to hit the water. To speed this up raise your water level to juts touching the bottom of the net pots and it will be a lot quicker.

seriously? does anyone else notice that this is blatant advertising? We all know what rdwc is. These threads really piss me off. If you want to advertise buy adspace! stop these fucking infomercial threads. You're marking those systems up by a RIDICULOUS amount, so you can afford to advertise and stop invading conversation forums.

I love this forum and really don't want to see it turn into an advertising headquarters like some other forums I no longer visit. Ads is one thing, but threads like this, come on! Enough is enough.

I didn't create a new name to flame someone. I did recently get rid of my old name for security reasons. I understand how it looks.

I've seen a lot of undercurrent grows here and never commented on them or thought they were pulling anything. I've seen MediMary elsewhere too on forum that is basically undercurrent staff and friends headquarters.

I respect you and my fellow icmagers and I think you are being naive if you look at the first post of this thread and don't realize what is going on.

I wanted to see the grow too! That's why I clicked on the thread link when I saw it. And was really disappointed to see a ridiculous undercurrent billboard complete with overt namedropping and direct links to advertisements.

I'll leave it alone though. I don't want to start a pointless flame war. I just had to call that shit out when I saw it.
