No sign of amber yet, still feeding. PM just started popping up, so I plucked the obvious leaves and sprayed with baking soda water...careful to measure the correct amount this time . This won't be a problem for long tho, got some Eagle-20 for next round.
Just snipped a couple sample buds...the plant in the back left is cloudy with 40-50% amber, the untopped one up front to the left is 30% amber, and the frostiest ones in the back are all cloudy...but not really showing much amber yet.
The last bits were chopped this past weekend. Only the big fan leaves and spots of PM were trimmed wet. The rest is being done once they are finished with the paper bags and ready for jars. It was definitely worth the wait and the buds show it. The tips all had 20% amber or so, and the bottom buds chopped this past weekend were around 30-35%.
The fat purple pheno up front is already starting to smell good...like blueberries!
I didn't quite catch it until harvest, but there are a couple phenos with much smaller sativa like buds. The tips are cone shaped and the nugs further down are dime-nickel sized, much smaller than the rest. I'm curious how this one will smoke.
I got some at like 60 days .. i was wondering how much longer they would go. Looks like you took yours quite a ways! Did you take any at 70 days? Those calyxes are ridiculous. I jus started flushing mine wondering if I shouldn't have so soon..
I took some at 70 days last round. It was good, but the extra 10-20 days evens the high out to the entire body vs. mostly in the head. Definitely added some weight too. Especially during days 80-90.
Looks dank fo sho claim. Purple pheno must lean to mthe Tang side of things. How many pheno's you kept from your seeds? Makes me wanna post a few pics. Dont wanna clutter you thread up so I'll start a new one.
Thanks Gsizzle! I haven't kept any f2 phenos yet...although I sorta wish I re-vegged the one from which those above pictures were taken. Since I have a ton of seeds, I'm planning to run several and see how much of a spread I get before I pick keepers. So far, I think the plants with purple in their stems have been a bit sweeter.
Calimed, been meaning to git over to yer thread..... beautiful job and stoked yer still lovin' tha Boss. It's been close to a yr since you first started these and happy she's had this kinda longevity in yer garden. Tha red stems are a characteristic of tha Tang Tang, fyi......
Thanks Steele! The Mob Boss is a keeper for sure. She is easy to run and I haven't seen a pheno yet that hasn't been completely covered in frost! Lots of red coloring in the stems this round . The Tang Tang leaning phenos have been my favorite so far.

I've made a few changes this round...
- All 3 bottom vent flaps are open now, instead of 2, and another 6 inch fan has been added.
- No Boost. Just blackstrap molasses.
- Competition: Mob Boss vs. Fairlight Item #9 (C99 x Highland Thai). I'm pretty sure Mob Boss has the ability to knockout most competitors, but, gotta test her to find out. This will be a series.
-----------
Day 18:
There are 3 Item #9's mixed in: One up front in the middle, another right behind it, and the last is back to the right. The rest are all Mob Boss.
