You have got it right. I usually replace the coffee filters each run.

After I run it through, I do it once more, then ditch the rinsed material into a trash bag, along with the filters, then new filters, and new bone dry, material.

How are the coffee filters held in place?

I use 3 gallon flower pots and take about 3 cone coffee filters. The good brown kind.

Then I tear them along one edge, making the coffee filter one layer, and then layering enough of the filters along then bottom to cover the holes. The wash material will hold down the filters.

Then evenly pour the alcohol over the material, making sure to hit all the material.

Thanks...I finally understand the filter goes on the INSIDE of the 3 gal pot. I really should not smoke first and then ask question...DOH. I am thinkin maybe just use the bubble bag that catches all the junk instead of the pot...then again maybe I oughta just use a proven method.

Kinda curious about your use of Bloombastic. What do you feel it does for you? Does it do something that just upping the bloom some more wouldn't do?

I am currently testing it in an ebb and flow grow with H&G Aqua Flakes. But I have also been experimenting with the H3ad formula and hand watering...results so good (especially taste) that I am planning to abandon the ebb/flow.

Bloombastic is a booster used in conjunction with a regular feeding schedule. However, only Bloombastic should be used. Not combined with anything. I also add it at 2-4ml per gallon, so it is just a dash.

Yeah if you have a bubble bag just use that. I don't have a bubble bag. So, I rigged that method up.

Need a little advice!

Having some spider mite issues, cause the "legit" clones my buddy got, have em. I have never dealt with this before, always had my own clones.

What is the absolute best method. I am also going to assume powdery mildew will be an issue, so I want to take care of everything, while they are small and in veg.
