Pitt is gonna make it close in the second half and trust me I am not a fan of the steelers or Big Ben to be honest. But they're at home and there is no way they cough it up like they did in the first half, plus we seen them drive down the field on the ravens when they haven't coughed it up. I do have to admit I hate the fact that Tomlin wasted both challenges in the 1 qtr, you need to save at least 1 for the second half, that's just bad coaching in my opinion. I be shocked to see a blowout.....

nice wings whodair, I see you buy yours, these I make myself. I've been making wings since '81 when I rode out to Buffalo NY to hunt down the best recipe for a pub I worked @ in the NYC area.

stoner i went to college in buffalo and picked up a serious wing addiction...yours look spot on homie !!

the bills went to the superbowl every year when i lived there...the players were out in the bars and clubs...and doing evil late night things too !!

jim kelly is born again now, well his wife is... he was a fuckin antichrist even though bruce smith was the one failing tests !!

I saw a previous post of yours that said something like this "If your wings don't look like this then they're not right." and you were correct, there's only one way to do 'em right:

the sauce is NOT the recipe from the back of the Frank's RedHot bottle, yes it has butter & Franks as the main ingredients but it has much more than that to be awesome.

wings have to be crisped just right (9 mins @ 375F) to absorb the sauce instead of having the sauce sloshing around greasy wings and then ALL over your fingers/hands.

I make the sauce VERY hot and therefore I use less of it which translates to being not too messy on the fingers.

They need to be swirled about in a shaker bowl for a nice light even coating and are always served w/bleu cheese dressing & celery sticks w/out making the customer beg or pay for it.......

yep, fried crisp Rico. I've given the recipe to many cooks who've failed to put it together properly & so I won't waste your time & money suggesting you try to make my sauce. I am however working on a secondary method involving an electric hand blender & of course all of my ingredients for the right flavor.

My standard kitchen recipe starts with 3 pounds of butter and is too tough to rescue if it over cooks; the secondary method is a 1/2 pound butter start which will last in home for about 16-20 dozen wings.


Because gas stoves & electric stoves heat differently this WILL cause fuckups in other people cooking my recipe & a failure for your plate. To solve this issue I'm needing to try a double boiler (and electric blender) method to cook my sauce. I'll post ONLY a foolproof recipe for all to use in the Munchie Mansion one day.

:yay::yay::yay:, I am 3-0 so far this weekend and one game left with the jets! This is gonna be a positive weekend which I feel like i don't get often, i consider breaking even a good weekend somtimes; LOL. Well I got the jets +9 this game and well I don't think they're gonna win the game I think that Rex can keep it competitive and within 6 points. I hope this hot streak continues!!!!!!!

I'm so upset right now I don't know what to do. If the Jets actually win I might have to go to town and find a New Yorker and beat the shit out of him. I'm completely serious.
I fucking hate the Jets and their piece of shit attitude.
