Ebb and Flow Tables cleaning?

I've got headers for ebb and flow hydro tables that I need to clean, I've looked around the forums for what to clean them with and I didn't really find a lot of information. I've heard that you cant use bleach because it will leave a residue? I figured you could rinse it good enough to clean it all out? If not bleach, what can I use to clean out nutrient residue to restore proper flow for these headers? The headers are PVCI?

make sure it is thoroughly dried b4 u replant.

if you got a garden and a power washer, like the ones you use to clean your car. that works a treat.
