Are there in Arizona??? I remember walking up to a friends porch and he's sitting out in the front yard shooting rabbits. He didn't have to take any classes or get a permit, cops driving by wouldn't do anything if they saw him. That's what I saw when I was there... getting the door opened by a shotgun... They're fuckin' nuts

The trouble with fixing the mental health system is that all the states are broke and as a consequence the first people affected are the cuts to mental health and any other services that helped the ill maintain. But from everything I've read to date he has not been diagnosed by any one yet other than Rand Paul an eye doctor who said from what he read the guy's a schizo. but he is only a self accredited eye doc. not a head shrinker. So he hasn't been seen yet. But there's an obvious screw loose somewhere. Pot has nothing to do with it, it just the right using it as something to blame besides their rhetoric on the media.
