Portable vaporizers?

There is not much smell, I'd say almost none compared to smoking I have a MF Launchbox too and I'm happy with it for mobile use, for stationary use I prefer my Verdamper Deluxe

it smells about as much as the weed does. if you have particularly stinky weed, it will smell like that.

the portables usually have less visible vapor on exhale, not such big clouds, so smell is even less of an issue.

I have a hepa filter that I keep on the coffee table where I vape. It really makes odor a non-issue for me.

I am getting an essential vape soon I will let you know how it works!

So heres the report, on how well it worked.

I tried smoking some fullmelt, hash, not sure what type of extract, it melted with a bic lighter but took a while and the smoke was awesome smooth, however I think the hash I had wasnt purged to well, I coughed pretty hard however not sure if it was the vape or the product.

I tried throwing some kief into it, I find it burns it semi unevenly unless you can move the product around as your heating it, I sucked at this and it got black and I had to break the kief up to get the brown un vaped stuff.

The instructions say use a BIC instead of a torch lighter, I havent tried it with herb yet, I assume that would work the best tbh after using it a few times.

One thing that sucks is once you use a vile they smell like burnt shit and your next hit will too, they are glass and you can clean them if you want, however if your smoking honey oil have fun cleaning it without heating the fuck out of it first haha.

I give the thing a 4/10 right now, and I am sure the rating will go up once I try some herb out of it, but until I have some fire to throw in it, this vape is on the shelf.

I have an iolite. Depending on the weed, there is a noticeable smell. I had some power skunk last year and you could definitely smell it in my bedroom for about 20 minutes after vaping it. That being said, I love my iolite. The only bad thing about it is I live at latitude 47 deg N and if I leave it in my vehicle in the winter then it won't ignite until it warms up.

I use the VenusVaporizer from www.venusvaporizer.com, it isn't as portable as MFLB but on the other hand I think the unit has more control and power and the form factor is still portable enough, but not stealth.

works great for me, with good herb, 3 hits and no more you can take, and adjustable power dial let's you choose the temp freely
