I too messed up a run of the ether AD. Why did he feel the need to try reverse? I have never grown out any AD before, it was moderately coated but no smell,taste or high. I thought I might have pushed it to hard running at 1250 in flower. JK

A friend of mine had a lackluster run with Alien Dog...a quarter of his crop turned out proper, the other three quarters was pretendica. He gave her another run, but this time he used Reverse, from Dutch Masters, and it all turned out golden. Anybody here have experience with this stuff? I wonder if there was something hormonal going on...maybe the unnatural state of being in constant veg set the mother/clones on a strange hormonal path and perhaps the spray set them straight? I don't have any other explanations. This could also pertain to the dud factor in the Sour Double...

About the only thing I could find is
"Dutch Master Reverse works through the specialized use of unique plant fats called “phospholipids.” "

He saw nanners. I assured him they would yield no viable pollen, that's just something in the chem family, but he prolly wanted to be sure. I'll ask. The guy works for one of the big nutrient companies and seems to know his stuff...

I've certainly heard that but I'm skeptical of any theory that lacks a specific mechanism of action to explain it. This could be a viable way to confirm the old belief that degradation does occur in older moms. Either way, its fifteen bucks, and with a couple applications, your moms are supposed to be good forever after that and their babies too. Plus, their claim is that it "dramatically increases the number and set of female flowers" which also corresponds to my friend's report. Sounds very much like steroids for your plants...

as long as the plants dont start going all aggressive and hit back after you bend/fim/prune

I read up on the Reverse and it doesn't sound like anything new. look into Naphthalene acid (NAA) or ethephon if your interested in knowing what your actually spraying on your crop, you'll get the same results. I think preventing duds may be as simple as cutting your (veg/mom room) clock back to a more "regular" schedule like 18/6 or possibly even 20/24. This should regulate your ladies clock and get those hormones back in check. Now I just need to figure out how to get my girl to skip that 30 day dip.

Yeah, I like the juice too...I wouldn't describe myself as aggressive though. Assertive? Yeah...

Reverse may not be new, but it is readily available, and if it can save your crop, its well worth it. (Marginal Benefit:marginal cost is well over 1...more like 100)

The MSDS lists the pH at 2.4, which is consistent with extreme acidity, so it very well could just contain NAA. Truth is, I don't know what it contains, I'm just passing on anecdotal info. If you might have a lackluster run, this could be an inexpensive insurance policy...

Ive never using Royal Gold anything ever again. pH issues like crazy. Went back to a FF heavy mix for the next run.

This is the Lavender Kush that has been going around. Can anyone confirm or deny this as Lavender Kush?

No nanners all the way through flower. But does grow 'sickly' towards the end of flower. Friend's grow shows same odd-leaf secession. Does not branch well. Responds moderately to LST. Moderate growth in veg. Full 4+ week stretch in flower. Smells light and perfume-y. Rapid growth in last 2 weeks of flower. No change in coloration.

I was thinking of letting them go another week, any thoughts? I don't keep track of the days, and I ditched my scope a while ago. It's been roughly 8-9 weeks. Just looking for info from people who have grown it before.

---heres some valley grown by a bro of a bro...pretty damn good herb..joint of it 3/4 down w me and spicoli..i was stoooooned..well...and some bong hits...this stuff is premi...taken at 8 weeks...needs 10....but still badass....the smell is crazy...i just cant nail it...its diff than the others...deeper...acrylic,cheese,tennis ball can,astringent are words you dont hear often w og...but there the only ones i can think of or agree with...course, im always really high when the valley comes round...

i have found what smells like a grapefruit pheno of the aw x c99 and am stoked. so we'll see. posting pics on cali pot snob soon. i would love to get a link or post number to some detailed info on the c99 from rev if anyone knows, i searched already.
