Well congrats to all those that no longer partake in the spirits :friends:....i still feel like shit after 16 Heineken's last night... working on another 12 now to fix that problem...

I have horrible indigestion right now. Drank a lot of ale, Pinot Noir from Oregon, and champagane last night.
I was pretty drunk. I've been a lot worse. More tired than anything.

yea one time i drank until 6am and had the worst hangover ever. had to sit in the cold shower for hours. fuck. but last night i didnt get that drunk but i missed out on lots of pussy. got some girls numbers but their hotel was hella far away and we were drunk so no driving. i wasnt desperate enough for pussy to risk getting DUI to just went home like a loser!

I hate alcohol. I've done all sorts of drugs, and at least the harder ones that have physical consequences provide an awesome high. Snort some H and you can dump your pants and laugh about it. Yet with alcohol, there are a boatload of physical consequences, and the high just never seems good enough. When you're drunk, at least for me, it's never enough. I need more booze, more drugs, more something. The pleasure/pain ratio of alcohol is almost always ridiculous, unless you're literally just having 1-2 with dinner.
when you quit drinking, do you really enjoy hangover stories ?? maybe it depends on why you quit drinking...care to elaborate ??

smashed a few bottles of red with the old man then spent the rest of the night drinking beer in the spa...... drank a jug of water and then went to bed woke up just fine

I quit drinking because alcohol turned me into "God", lol, but the law didn't see it that way. Twenty straight years was enough.....

yaa im still struggling over here, i was finally able to get a little food and water into my system without puking it all back up. I rarely drink anymore because the hangovers i get are seriously painful, and can last for 2-3 days. I drank like a fish last night, and i somehow managed to not black out, very rare for me.
woke up sitting up on the couch with beer cans everywhere. Puked 4 times this morning.... I get anxiety, headaches, body aches, and in general i just feel like im on the brink of death on a hangover day....fuckin poison!

Last year I got wasted. This year I baked up!! First thing I thought of when I woke up, "a lot of people are feeling shitty right now" lol.
I am an ex-drunk so I could tell you some stories, both horrific and heavenly.
Horrific - wake up with a broken nose, broken leg, split face, DUI, ex-girlfriend, in jail (fighting)
Heavenly - invited by a friend to join his family (2 parents, 3 sons, a cousin, and 2 girlfriends) for a trip to Myrtle Beach in a pimp condo, me and my friend get wasted, his family goes off to dinner (sober), I picked up a girl off the beach, had her on the couch and I was eating as well, family walks in from dinner

Anyone Have Acid Reflux
I had a mild hangover early this morning, which was really nothing compared to a bad case of acid reflux. Too much food, pasta, & several different liquors, beer, etc. Not a good situation for my condition to start with.
What really set things overboard was I ate several stuffed jalapeno hors dourves. OMG, I woke up nearly choking from stomach acid in my throat! Contained in the acid was the intense burning of the previous night's peppers. It was the most vile concoction I have ever felt in my throat.
I was afraid to even try to vomit, which I already had the urge to. It surely would have had a pepper spray like effect in the throat/face, if I did. So, I chose to tough it out the rest of the day, for the effects to wear off, and to also sip some liquids, I steel feel some heart-burn now though. Anyone who has/had acid reflux knows exactly what kind of discomfort I'm talking about!
Well, I guess one positive side to this story is that I made a New Year's Resolution:
No more Jalapenos,.... period!

I used to get heartburn from drinking and eating. Pepsid AC is a miracle cure for that....
