There are a few chinese companys who ship zwo and more units, pretty much 1€ per watt LED. Sounds pretty fine. You can tell them which LEDs to use for another like 20€. They look exactly like the ones sold by varius dealers.

Don'r know what to think of them, tho. When you use state of the art LEDs you gotta pay several € per watt so I'm pretty sure they aren't that good value for your money...

I almost got one but decided to build my own, thats the best thing about LEDs you can put them all arround your plants if you built your own and you'll get best reults...

This would be like saying I can get Mexi brick cheaper through a certain dealer. Yes it would be cheaper but it would still be schwag!

I have over 3 years experience growing with LED's and 30 years growing indoors. Get the cheap LEDs and you crop will grow. Get the good ones and your crop will be bountiful and uber-powerful. There are many threads and journals that have detailed the differences, search for them!

here ya go: www.alibaba.com they got some great deals on leds, all the shit on ebay but waay cheaper. shipping can be a bitch tho.

I saw this also and was tempted. This is cheap stuff and not as efficient. Will it work? Maybe. Will it work the best? No.

Anything that is cutting edge technology is not dirt cheap, and anything from China is cheaper than dirt cheap IMO. I will never buy crap from China. That is my biased opinion though. What do we always see about China's manufacturing in the news? More toxic crap or other defected crap. There is even a thread on here with a hydro supply company selling cheap ass Chinese hydro flex tubing that was killing off grows due to toxic off-gasing that prevented the plant's photosynthesis.

buddy dropped $700 on a 600 watt led through alibaba, construction looks and feels great, this thing is solid, bright as heck that's for sure, blinding even, stinks like a hot glue gun once it's on for over a minute though

a hot glue gun funk, so he's working out sending it back, worth it with the time money and energy to ship back to china and be without a lamp during that time? i dunno'...definitely effected my buying decision, yesterday i ordered a haight solid state

I've bought generic bulbs from there for years, no issues.

Do know what you're buying, do know what "business english" is and learn it. Simple is better, the guy you'll initially talk to may only have a vocabulary of a few hundred words in whatever language you share. For that matter don't count on his first language being

If you're ordering a LOT ask for samples. You will probably have to pay shipping & sometimes a "handling" fee but often you pay next to nothing for the sample itself. If you're order a tiny amount . . ask for samples! You may get enough you can skip that whole "ordering" process.

If you don't already have a business set one up on paper. If you look like someone that might buy 2,000,000 units you're going to get MUCH better service than someone else. Get a website, get an email thats something like purchasing_department@myawesomecompany.com
