What's new

the warehouse grow

D

DHF

Made a post in yer other thread and then found thisun........Bar none , the "easiest" most productive setup for yield and production is ebb and flow tables with crazy increased plant numbers from fully rooted cuts with no veg , runnin smaller flip rooms a month or so apart in age for perpetual harvey`s.......

Mind you , I ran krusty buckets for almost a decade , and ebb and flow buckets for another 5 or so yrs after that , so take it from an old head that`s been there and has GrowBro`s on the left coast doin this and killin it..........

My `ol Bro Heathie had so many smaller rooms before he got hitched couple yrs back , that he was harveyin a room every week-10 days like clockwork.........

As you said so wisely , this is the research end of things and do your homework , cuz fuckups cost hard from total crop failure gettin in over yer head.........

No need for sheetrock , I hung plywood and covered walls and ceilings with reflectix ftw.........I was also a 1 man show and where there`s a will there`s a way , just takes longer by yourself , but trust me.........it`s doable.........

Many waysta skin a mule Skrud........Slow and steady wins the race........Finish 1 room , get it up and runnin , then build another 1........so on and so forth till all`s built out and runnin weeks behind each other for more harvey`s per yr........

No way would I WAIT for 3 months and tryta trim 20 lbs by myself hangin over my head , but I usedta do 6 lbs in a weekend every 4th-5th week without a hitch.....simple......babyshit.........Never ran a air-cooled hood in my life , but everything has it`s place in each setup......

Try a stadium with bare bulbs hangin in 1 room ta see and compare results once up and runnin , but SOG tables are unparalleled for yield if yas can setup the clone factory ta run em........

Start small and build out the barn as yas see fit.......Vertical takes more bells and whistles for dialage , but the last 3 yrs I grew was with Heathie`s racks done my way and they produced more , but they took more plants ta do so.....everything`s a tradeoff....

Pm`s are open......DHF.....:ying:......

Less than a month ago you were panicking because your sour diesel ibls were yellowing and you had no idea what was going on.

You're already ready for a warehouse, huh?

hydro headies, lol.
:biglaugh:

Ouch! Ya you can do it but start as simple as you can then dial it in. Running a large warehouse is a shitload of work so unless you hire employees you can forget your social life cause you'll be ass deep in work and then you'll get mites or thrips or an ac compressor dies or?? and your screwed ... Listen to the advice these guys are giving you. Then think about it...twice. The amount you are hoping for can be knocked out in a basement. As a med grower we have a corporation and emplyee's which makes having warehouses possible. If you aint legit you don't want employees and security is much easier to handle in a house without others knowing...HM

yes- I appreciate the constructive criticism....I've been on here before with other handles...I'm reading a LOT about other peoples set ups...Its helping a ton....thanks for the tips and the info about lazy, KB, dmt. and others its gonna help out.

DHF- hell yea brotha....I'm feelin you on this one...where theres a will there's a way..I dont give a fuck I'm gonna make this shit work if it kills me(which it might). I'm deffinately leaning toward the ebb n flow tables....just not sure if im gonna go as high number as that though...I dont know If I can get that many clones...almost would rather do fewer and just veg a little longer....may even try a couple vert rooms just to test...as always thanks for your help...Ill get at you soon

high-haha yea...wtf is wrong with hydro headies?? lol can you say Hater? anyways I appreciate what everyone is telling me. They are all right for the most part...probably gonna be a solo opperation but I may include a couple of my closest buddies for some things.....havent decided 100% how its all going down but its a working idea....Still gonna be bangin out my basement for many months before i attempt the warehouse grow.....

shit i should probably get some pics up of what I got goin right now.....nothin special but its always fun putting pictures up on here

Use a flip flop controller so you only need half the ballasts for your lights and won't cause a surge that will flip your breakers. Go with 1k lights, and hire a electrician to steal power. Buy a 5ton split ac. Seal the rooms and crank the co2. I'd look into Secret Jardin 10x20's you can zip the rooms together. There is a thread on another site that has a guy with 2 10x20's together. Pm for the site if you want, don't want to advertise.

4x8 tables top feed or ebb and flow. You NEED a mom/clone op if your trying to run a warehouse sized 30k grow. Your a tard if you think your gunna be buying that many clones.. 30k sog and you want to buy clones? If you want 2'gs per 1k your gunna want to lolipop those trees n1gga. Buy a trimpro for 13k and your can trim 5p's an hour if its mostly main cola. Use the search button, pm Krunchable he can help you..

Thats about as dumb as the partner idea

BTW if you wire everything right, your breakers wont flip

If its a barn you already own, it makes things a little easier. A warehouse costs money so you need to setup ASAP after taking over to turn a profit. Obviously the barn already exists, so you can do a little planning, work on it when you can, walls, panda film, ducting, electrical, then when all set just move your equipment over

An actual warehouse has it own unique challenges like dealing with inspections, neighbors, etc. The barn gives you the room w/o those hassles

since you have the option, I would build two rooms, one a flat room like something you may already have, then a vert room. I would love to try a coli but I dont have the room, unless I tear down my tables. Money and time keep me from trying it. If the vert doesnt work out, you can easily jump back to flat

Vert seems like it would be way to much hassle on a commercial scale. A barn seems pretty sketchy from an insulation point of view. Looks like this kid is from the East Coast. Like to see him keep the inside of a barn at 78 degrees when its 20degrees outside in snow.

nugga- I would do the flip flop boxes but ive already tried that and they didnt work with my digital ballasts...I would have to put them on a timer an turn on and off 5 minutes to allow for cooldown plus I cant veg like that......probably just gonna do mad 600's...checkin out secret jardins now....may still go with the 2x4's and panda film, whatevers more cost effective... thankx

dtfsux- wow dude so little confidence?? ...anyways Its all love brotha....good luck on your shit man

marshal- i agree that the partner thing is retarted...I just have 1 or 2 people help me with elecrtical and plumbing isseues that I dont trust anyone else with....they dont actually know whats going on nor would they care if they did. As for stealing the power...I've considered it and where Im at I dont think they could trace it...however Im thinging its not the best idea...

nugga- i wouldnt be doing the entire barn im planning on building a few rooms inside the barn so it wont be as difficult to keep temperature under controll.....Im hopefully not as retarded as everyone on here seems to think I am.........DERRRRRRRP

no dude, I dont have confidence in partners at all.

I suggest you learn about electrical. Anyone running a comerecial op should be a jack of all trades anyway. What happens when 5 weeks in you have an electrical problem?

I am not shooting you down. A barn you already own is much different than finding a warehouse in a commercial area. I say go for it solo. insulation, temps etc are all issues that can be addressed and fixed. No biggie

I can dig a thread I found a few months back of a guy who grew in an outdoor shed that was 10x15 or something. He had step by step pictures and stuff on how he insulated it.. I got confidence in you bud :) Go big or go home! To many people with 400w's in 4x4 tents on here who shoot people down who have dreams and aspirations. Not to thread jack but it would be cool to talk about actual warehouse growing. How to deal with building owners, inspections, how to license the space as for personal or commercial use etc.

dtf- honestly i feel you on that one man...you really can't trust anyone with this kind of shit...one day your best friend, the next day they are ripping you off.....been there...FUCK

Nugga-Hell yea man go big or go home...I live by that shit...hahahahaaaaa...luckily I dont have to deal with inspections or crazy building owners....the land lord lives over a thousand miles away lol...plus its technically not a warehouse, its a barn...Its just fucking huge and made of steel. thanks for the link

then someone stands up in the crowd and yells "you can do it"

Dude be confident start with one room dial it in then on to the next no one thinks your a retard(well I don't at least)...large scale growing just aint near as glorious or easy as it sounds. When you write that first check for 30k+ you'll also realize it takes a while to see profits when your expanding. Really tho don't let a bunch of web experts ruin your day fire it up and kick some ass.:comfort:

^^^ true I guess I'll just have to get my basement grow ultra sick first anyway if I ever do want to expand ill need some capitol....Its already getting jungle status down there.....once i get adobe Ill re-size my photos and get them up here. about to chop one room in the next few weeks....lookin real good.....about to search "growing commercially"
