Please clarify this for me, also what is the most cost effective system to use in lighting for small but not micro grows ?? Thanks
#3 & #4 are two sizes of Pl-l. They have the same efficiency as T5 but half the length for the same number of watts.
If you got the space in height, I would recommend a small hps as the most cost effective light.

Its simply a florescent light bent in a U shape, like a straightened out CFL. Google "2G11 socket" and you'll get all the info you need. The PLL bit is a manufacturers trademark.
Most cost effective? Who knows...I use 4 x 55 watt PLL lights in my 32"h x 27"w x 23"d flower chamber.
