WINTER GREEN HOUSE!!!

What you have going on there is awesome dude. Could they not be drinking much due to the high humidity?

Thanks! :tiphat:

Yea Thats what I figured, but the humidity was lower around 40% three weeks ago and they were still not drinking. I think it's a combo of Colder temps and less light just bringing them to a crawl

I have to agree with the lower temps and less light hypothesis as being the culprit.

Its funny how different buds grow with winter sun having less kick than usual. Still it is hard to not keep something going over the less productive months.

Haha right? I start feeling anxious if I have space going to waste.....Plus I'm sure It'll make me atleast a couple tasty bowls of BHO and Bubble hehehe

if you keep the roots warm with a cooler with a fish tank heater and a sum.pump and wrap tubing aroung the pots growth will double.peace

What kind of tubing? Are we talking bubble wrap style stuff? and I like the cooler idea sounds like a pretty simple heater, there's no electricity out there though.

No styrofoam, No support for the ladies in the cold. Just the basics. I just don't have to funds to get any fun toys for the greenhouse this winter (all funds went into the winter indoor endeavor). Yup yup I can't wait for some hash! bubble, BHO, qwiso!

Happy holidays :tiphat:

wow durdy, you coy bastard. Ive been watching your broccoli the whole time! thats just gorgeous, how much does a greenhouse like that cost. just a fucking awesome setu. K+

looking good love the color.if you have power at the house how far i the gh from the house if far you should get a big 25 blue igloo cube cooler a 25 dollar sump. pump a 25dollar under water fish tank heater from walmart.also if the green house is not far from the house you can run heavyduty extention cord underground and set the unit up in the green house wich would use the heat more better.and you dont need another pump on the return back to the heating rez.hope that makes sence.lol peace

I didn't think cool weather would stunt the buds so much, do you think you'll harvest earlier or later at 75-85 days?

oh yeah, not just with cannabis, with alot of plants similar. you can buy tomato plants anywhere right now which is stupid, they all have flowers. youll get whatever tomatos from the buds already there, theyll be tiny and your plant wont produce and will probably die.

Theres no lack in resin, tho there would probably be a shitton more if the buds filled out as there would be more bud/calyxes/leaf to harbor more thc prod. Just like you do durdy, i usually hash most of my stuff.I really didnt like how 75 percent of my outdoor was. new mix, pots and brews and food this year. all organic.

Catcher - Hehehe, what can i say, I'm sneaky! and it only cost about 200 dollars.

Ganja - Love the idea! something of that nature is going in next winter!

Jaymer - Yea the cold weather really slows down photosynthesis, the other huge factor coming into play for the ladies is that they only recieve about 3 hours (if that) of direct light a day, the rest of the time they are shaded.

More updates are coming! I've been a stress case getting up for schoool everyday at 5am, and the madness continues for another 4 weeks or so, then things mellow out and i can get everything ready for the spring / summer!

get those pots off the cement, even if its just 2x4s under the pots. cement gets freezing cold. not good for the roots. great results otherwise.

I know! I kept meaning to get on raising them but never got around too it. Can't wait for next years winter season to put everything I've learned this year into action!
