How can i post bigger pictures ?

i wish to post bigger pictures in my posts, is it possible ? and how ?

The easiest way for now would be by hosting them @ places such as www.TinyPic.com

If you use PhotoBucket make sure you read their Privacy Policy because then you will realize PhotoBucket offers NO privacy @ all.

make an album upload pics to it
click on the pic you want
below the pic is 2 boxes w the location info
copy the info in the bottom box and paste into a thread

How do you get 1024x1024? My album tells me this:

Maximum File Size per Picture 146.5 KB Maximum Picture Dimensions 800 by 800 Pixels Pictures will be automatically resized to fit within these constraints if possible. However, you may receive better results by doing it manually.

The settings for your picture size are system dependent.
Your current membership status should allow you 1024x1024 but if it doesn't I'd say there might be a little flaw somewhere...

The easiest way for getting bigger size pics would really be to do outside hosting or through an album.

I guess the changes don't take effect immediately when you reach 50 posts. It took a couple extra posts to get my private message ability as well.

Remove that from the picture after you insert it in your post and viola giant picture.

So at some number of posts will my allowed pic size increase? If so what are the post number intervals for increased pic sizes?

My camera is spitting out beautiful 2-3MB pics that show individual trichomes and I have to cut them all the way down to 146.5KB.
