Lol. FlaDankster,

We were pretty catholic in our urge to be 'unique' I was cruising old You tube clips ans I started laughing at what I must have looked like when I saw someone wearing an orangish reddish brown double breasted leather coat that looked like a cross between Edwardian and Pale rider, just like my custom made. Toss in a pair of Jorma Kakoenen fringed suede leather boots and you just knew I had to be a psychic voyager.

My teen son was remarking on an old 69 photo in that rig with my hair tied back and he died laughing. "What"?

"You look so wicked gay".

"Go take out the trash and pull up your pants."

Kids these days...sheesh.

 Thats great!!!

I've never even heard of clothes as such!!

I wonder what will be going through the "Saggers" minds in 20-25 more years when they look back at their younger years as others have and be like " Whhaaaat! "

Thanks for the laugh....cause i was like Whhaaaat about them clothes.:tiphat:

Hey there Texas. I'm only 37, but it's always been wranglers, BBQ, beer, all three Hank's, cook-offs, rodeo, huntin, fishin, 4x4, born & raised Texan. I live in the country and have a green tractor too. The good life man.:tiphat:

Oh, BBQ is my passion, I have the trophys to prove it. I only drink Lone Star but am always willing to pay if yall will drink it with me. Sorry to disappoint though, my tractors (exceptin one) is rust red. CASE tractors are where its at for money making. I brushhog a 60 acre field for a state policeman out here. Smoke grass the whole time I am in his field too. I got hurt early in rodeo. I still like to pay my admission though. I dont care for Hank III to much. He just aint country. He could excel at Southern Rock though, I dont why he dont. You can tell thats where his heart is.

Yes Brother, it is a fine life. None finer. Honor in it too.

Yep Hank3 is a music rebel for sure. Tex, those red tractors are good and are known to start right up after sitting for a couple of years. I just have a thing for green.

Bocephus is still a boy, he sing's for Sarah Palin, not for me anymore. Back in olden tymes (early 70's and such) He was pretty good but now just another money grubbing repucblician out to get over on the working man. Screw him. I'll take his boy now because I think it is still possible to save country music from nashville with a little n. Don't get HH started about the state of country music. More to the point, I was listening to ol'Hank 3 when I joined the mag and I took the pic of myself. I admit the boy does look a bit like me doesn't he? Lucky him huh? It's true really for sure.

Hey hey hey, yall are puttin the horse before the cart friends. Bob Wills is still the King.

I will admit something right here and now though, it gladens my heart to see this many Country stoners in one place. I expected there was only one, two or three of us at the most. I've been country my whole life, none of my friends love the leaf.

Seems a country boy can survive after all.

I was only 3 so I cant really comment on how I was dressed,
my dad had taped on cassette tape the entire TV soundtrack of the mission and landing.
That's the only thing I remember about it, listening to the tapes years later, ha ha..
