You are hungry, you open the fridge....there's a can of tuna.
Please add your best or favorite (can of) tuna recipes
This is what I made this morning
1 x can of tuna
5 x garlic cloves fried in oil
15 x cherry tomatoes, halved longways
rough cut fresh coriander(cilantro) or fresh basil
1 x spoonful of natural yoghurt
pepper
Combine tuna, ground pepper, tomatoes and herbs together in a serving/mixing bowl.Then lightly stir in the yoghurt and garlic, by gently lifting up and turning the mixture, don't over mix it, leave it chunky, serve with fresh baked bread. If the ingredients have been chilled, serve immediately, if not, cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes, then serve.
sure beats the heck out of the standard mix of mayo, tuna and onion
