Hello POEPLE of the International Cannagraphic Magazine community. This is my first post/ grow diary on ICMAG.
Here I GO.

I moved into my new house at the start of the month and wasted no time installing all my new equipment. I also Drove that same day 18hours both ways( to the Coast of British Columbia) to pick up 100 clones... what a sketch fun time that was ....lol

The strain im growing is OG KUSH, and wow do the clones ever STINK, like that coat ur throat harsh kush stink.
Out of 99 ( the number for legal purposes i chose to travel with) I picked the best 57 and trasplanted them in 3Galon pots with sunshine mix#4. They fit under 3x 1000w hps full sectrum so im only using the 3 until they need to be spaced out more. than ill add my 4th light.

i know what its like driving alot of distance to pick up good clones. the weirdest shit happens on the road when you got a box of cuts in the back seat. get some moms going booooooyyy. less time on the road more time growin

Hello again icmagians. heres a quick update
As you can see I set-up my 4th light and spaced them all out better. They beefed after their first shot of chem. Im using Advanced Nutrients Grow, bloom, micro, B-52 and Voodoo Juice. Damn tha shit expensive. But results and flavor make it worth the extra $$$$ . I was told by friend (who been growing that strain for a year now) that the OG Kush can really handle lots of chem. Anyways, they've only got about a week to go till I switch em.

deepcover, i had to keep my heat on full blast the whole way (cuz it was minus 25 and i didnt want them to die on me) did i ever deserve that hash joint when i got hyome safe and sound.

Looks great.
My only concern would be having the pots directly on the tile floor. Tile floors are pretty cold, But they seems to be fine with it.

nice set up, love that ur not using trays, u shot vac the drainage out? if not home depo has a great 20 dollar bucket head attachment that works just swell for that excess water.

Smelly Chronic: I run smart pots and plastic pots directly on cool concrete with no problems what so ever, i think only the babies are the bitchy ones that like their roots kept nice and warm.

BayAreaBlue is right Smelly Chronic, My 1000 watters warm up the tilles pritty nicelly so I dont have to worry about it, also, I am running my light 24h during my veg cycle so the temp is consistent all day. I also find that they grow faster with 6 extra hours of light everyday (dont wana start a debate or argu about this). Plus those tilles never get cold.
As for my drainage, I have mastered the art of watering long time ago and rarelly make a spill(drained outa the bottom of pots). I Use Bigger Pots so I can balance watering more frequently using less water.
The water residu evaporates within a few minutes anyways. Plus I Have very good air Exaust to remove excess humidity (to worry about during Flower especially).
I'm Very fortunate on the good job the builders did making this house, All my floors and walls are straight, no water seeps under the wall and all those issues. I dont know if any of you ever had to set-up a room in a ShitHole house, its a big fuck around, non stop hardware store adventures.
I'v Never Heard of poeple using shop vacs for drainage but it seems like a good idea, if ur patient enough to wait there till ur soil's done pissing...

3rd update

3rd update

Hello to my Favourite Online Community.
I'D like to thank everyone who replies to my thread (good and the bad).


Here's my third update on the Now: 4k Grow of Wonder.
They are now on day 18. Wich also happens to be their last day of Vegative stage. You guys can expect some nice Bud Porn on the next update.
As you guy can tell, I Have cleaned the bottoms (lower growth and leaves) of every plant about 4 days ago. Wow is the OGKush a Bushy Herb!! Lots and lots of tight together internodes, almost naturally forming a ''BALL'' like cluster of shoots right in the middle of the plant. So I did a very Basic removal with the odd SUCKER leaf here and there... im not one to take toomuch off , I like to let them be unless the leaves are dying. I do not remove my fan leaves, but I like my plants to breathe. Apparently this strain is notorious for powdery mildew.

We are putting together a 3k setup as well. I see you are going 4k now BUT currently I think we were going to run about the same plant count give or take. We will be doing 3 gallon coco pots and as far as excess drainage, still not sure what we are going to do about it. I was thinking square kiddy pool under each light and just add a drain plug. Odds are though we will get full trays just to keep it clean.

Keep it up and can't wait to see the flowering shots.
