Couldn't believe I opened up ICmag today and there was a 3 year thread about lemon g-13 on the home page.

My friend picked up a cut in California.. supposedly from the original breeder ( who's name rhymes with Bilbo ). This was said to be a four way sensi star cross.

I saw someone comment about it smelling like sage.. I get more of a juniper from it. Its not from a poor cure.. this weed reeks like the forest. Certainly not the strongest strain out there but it has a flavor and a smell unlike any other I've come across.

Alas now all our mothers have past on. Just loaded a bowl from the jar of the last of the last. I'll miss you LG one three.. but there are a lot of fish in the sea :)

Hey guys just wanted to say I ran across this. Personally I have had the old school columbian cut, thanks to a friend, LifeIsGrowing, check out his album, it's the columbian cut, but the one that is passed around most often is the Love Potion from Reeferman, unfortunately, side by side, the right phenotypes are IDENTICAL to this. It is G-13 x Santa Marta Gold, I personally miss the Columbian cut, but Life had to let it go.

By the way DeathStar is a true Vermont ECSD x Sensi Star through female crossing. BubbleStar is Indiana Bubblegum x Sensi Star. Neither has G13 but they are definitely from my homeland, which is a land where we figure out 'Oh How hIgh can we gO' and trust me I run most of these strains. The columbian cut is the only thing worth worrying about cause the Love Potion can be grown from seed and the proper phenotypes are there it's Reeferman, it's stable. But if you do find a Columbian cut, hit me up, cause I miss mine.

By the way I am a breeder in the area, be on the lookout for White Fire DeathStar and Purple DeathStar(Using White Urkle) in the next year, they are already in the works with Life testing males at the moment (crossed with OG/SD), if your lucky enough to be part of the crew who has access to the Original DS, as I can't currently pass the genetics off till Team Death Star does there release to the public.

Take care

Hate to burst your bubble but that is not where lemon g came from, it has been passed around for quite awhile and is not available in seed and has not been for a very long time.

It is a Columbian strain brought over many many years ago.

But that story does sound cooler.

*back to seclusion*

Hey had some pic's of Life's old Columbian/Panamanian Lemon G cut... Look more like the Lemon G you know?

and from Life's album (with his permission)...

he has a few more... That's the REAL DEAL if I ever saw one. This shit could knock anyone's head off, and trust me it did for years. It has that classic taste of lemon but is clearly a Panamanian hybrid, IMO. Columbian being the other P1 wouldn't be surprising and inbred for years. This cut was unlike any Lemon Skunk, Love Potion, or any other half-assed Lemon G's. It might not have had any G-13, but damn did it knock you down like a good G-13 Pacific clone.

Man this thread is old!
The lemonG in the report was good. But the shit I get now kills it.
Afghan Munster
Blueberry Mango
Bubba Kush
WhitePine
The strain I do miss most is the original G13 cut. The dank pine and opium taste. The clear yet medicating buzz. Truly my great white buffalo.

This might be a longshot, but has anyone heard of a strain called G-Thai going around in Ohio? It was bred in Meigs county, it's a cross of the original Ohio G-13, and Vision Thai. Fluffy, golden buds that smelled of skunk, pine, and hazy incense. Paranoid, powerful high. It was incredible.

The Lemon G that floated around the west side of Cbus a few years ago was decent , but nothing to write home about. There was much better stuff to be found if you ran in the right circles.
The G-Thai sounds interesting rosebuds. I have friends in the Athen/Meigs area , but there are a lot of growers down there.
