The biscuits are amazing when barber isn't all drunk or messed up on stage. When he's on, they're the best jamtronica band out. When he's not (more often than not these days), they're meh.

Big gigantic definitely had a lot of dubby shit going on the other night. Great show.

I can dig sts9, honestly though I don't think I could name 5 of their songs off the top of my head. Love their crowds, electro-wooks!!

Kraftwerk - I don't think we'd be here without these pioneers
Coil - do I have to explain? God bless Sleezy.
cabaret Voltaire
Ed Rush and Optical - old school dnb
Plastikman - minimal, trance
Blastromen - idm
Hypersonic Whomen - psytrance
Revolting Cocks - ebm
cheezface -
Borgore- raunchy dubstep
and I have to give shout out to the local scene in da 'burg:
Girltalk - I'm sure everyone's heard his mashup stuff
syphillis sauna - noisy glitchy
8 cylinder,
xanopticon-breakcore.
Majeure - idm, just saw his show llast night.

Sorry to double post, but I heard the mention of sts9, I haven't heard their stuff in a while but it reminds me if anyone remembers when string cheese incident did that trancy techno jam stuff a while ago. I have not seen them in a while so I don't know what they're up to now. I thought it was pretty cool stuff

They're awesome live now. Tight as a virgin's keester. Live and improvised.

Haha, nice one... Freely Freekin' is one of my favourite Lidell tracks.
I've been after it on vinyl for years now, generally always too expensive for me to splash out on.
One day though, it will be mine... oh yes, it will be mine.

Anyway, check out my latest favourite mix, Ancient Methods... nice dark atmospheric techno.

Also just check out the host site... mnml ssgs, brilliant mixtape blog that always has something nice to download.

Yahuuu- another one who knows ;) Nice mix :)

Jamie kicked ass back in the subhead days. I love the "Muddlin gear"album too.
Late 90's was so great, Si Begg before he went disco, C.Vogel was still bangin', Tobias Schmidt was dark and evil and Justin Berkovi's liveset made me travel a lot. :)

Do you know these traks?

I-F@ his best :) : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iNpoQLfIawI

Glad to have reminded u of that magic eve especially for that kind of
starr filled celebration & for just an excellent movie too ....have
had a few of those "rareified" nites myself & can always use
some more rich beautiful barefoot girls wanting to party lost in
the stars all night long ....;)

From the early days & later in the techni rave era , was enchanted with William Orbit,
absolutely brilliant english artist/producer/musician & his classic instrumental masterpiece
on the Strange Cargo collection entitled ---> "Water from a Vine Leaf "

(fabulous Video, reminiscent of "Holy Smoke" ?? :))
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PneAIfv30jA&feature=fvw

Nice early morning or late in eves a great composition... have never tired of this one,
great ambience/beats/rythms ...exquisite & very clean stuff.
Orbit was a great one ...the master !

and she spoke (Beth Horton )

and you start swimming and swimming and swimming
and you never stop swimming until you reach the ocean
and youre swimming into the sunset without me
and I find myself suddenly waking up and there are four young girls
giving me water from a vine leaf just dropping it onto my tongue

also try :
* Mermaids: Story of Light by Orbit brilliant stuff & as good as it
got in those days , top flight , lovely video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2RSyl4trZY&feature=related

this just another sweet collab with Beth
* Beth Orton & Orbit rare "Roll the Dice"...nice too
