Bayer citrus and fruit

I obtained some spider mite infested clones and besides neem and other controls I was gonna do a soil drench also with some bayer citrus and fruit. I was curious how soon after the clones have started rooting into a bigger container I can use it. The other question would be what concentrations are people using for the bayer citrus.

These plants still have atleast 2 weeks before they are being moved over to flowering.

I don't think a soil drench will do anything, mites live and lay eggs on the leaves. Spraying with floramite and/or avid is the usual practice.

gotcha, I use a homemade spray with neem, spinosad, potassium salts, and a copper fungicide. Purchased a kitchen bug spray with pytherins in it that will fumigate the rooms a few times with. I will check into the avid and floramite tomorrow.

Still curious on concentrations on the bayer product in a per gallon expression.

wanted to bump this, anyone have any suggestions on the bayer citrus and fruit as far as dossage per gallon? I wanted to use it on my soil right before transplant and was curious what strength people had used on it.

Can't help dosing as I have no bayer experience... but that is because Neem always took care of my spidermite issues.. You say you use neem with a few other products, are you sure that if you are spraying regularly enough (every 2-3 days) that won't do the trick?

I only ask because I'm a big believer in neem as a solo weapon against mites.

if is for your clones id go with 5 mil per gal - when doing a drench.

but dont see it as an effetive solution for mites, I use spicific products for spicific bugs, ie: bayer for fungas gnats or root aphids, spinosad for thirps, an folormite for the borg... aka spider mites.
hope that helps.

i use fruit and veg as a soil drench to control fungus nats and root aphids, not sure on measurement, i would only use it after the plant has developed a little bit.
for mites i recomend use azatrol or floramite.
good luck !

PS BECAREFUL ABOUT PUTTING CHEMICALS IN FLOWERING

Let this post get lost... Thanks for the replies guys. I wanted to do a soil drench regardless of the mites but I figured it would kill any that hit the soil also. I haven't seen any mites in a few weeks so I am optimistic that I might have got them.
