are you sure you're seeing "hermie buds"? pics?

You're OK as long as the flowers aren't pollinated. Till then, chop off every ball sack in sight. Turn oscillating fans off and spray offending plants with water (deactivates pollen) lightly to stop the spread of any pollen.

i've just had a hermie of this ilk, roosters were at the base of leaf and flower stalk
not to unusual from what i understand, this is where you see some early hermies if the plant is genetically inclined
i just grow one plant at a time, so i kept with it, did pollinate a bit, but wasn't a total disaster
if you have other plants in flower, it could be worse

crossed female nevilles haze that had late term male flower to 2 plants one atrain other grape ape both females, collected seeds and grew it out of 7 grown out 1 did not show male flowers aswelll as female flowers. Because it was fem to fem cross all seeds are presumed feminised, but a non hemie has been rare. All male flowers show at the bottom, 0 in cola or in upper buds, all supercropped, male flowers showed under the plants upper canopy. its common with these kinds of crosses fem to fem

thanks for the info i feel a bit better now i just cut all the bottoms off hopefully it all goes well the tops look great

This is also a genetic pre-disposition that can be triggered by various stresses.

Try other genetics that have no reports of hermaphroditism.
Avoid cold shock, and temperature swings.
Avoid light leakage during the dark cycle. Get in there and let your eyes adjust for 15 minutes and block ALL light including power strips. Make sure the photo-period is constant.
Remove all male flowers with scissors dipped in rubbing alcohol (sterilizes the pollen)
Best of Luck!
