Hello was just curious how I can find out who and why someone deleted my thread? Had a thread about GHS and its gone but no idea why.

If you have a problem it's best to contact the breeder through PM and try and resolve it. We have no way of knowing whether someone has a legit complaint or just trolling for fun......

Not trolling had a thread a few months ago seeking advice on seeds and went with GHS. But yes they were garbage so I will call it the way I see it. 3 different huge genetic flaws at different stages of life was real disappointing. Contacting a breeder will do no good except get some new seeds which does nothing for my situation. I wanted people to know to be careful.

I have ordered seeds before and was at the point where I trusted them(getting 95% female finishing rate) to have this happen is crazy. Won't happen again though. I am running the rest of the seeds in a 2nd run to see what happens ille put that in a grow journal and expect failure so I don't get upset when it does happen. Quess that was the problem to start with. Got so upset when they performed worse then any bag seed I have used before.

The post is a bit incoherent sorry I am still worked up about this. This ain't about a refund or new seeds its about my room not performing right now. There is no huge canopy forming right, no big bank of trust clones vegging atm, no faith in getting anything good from this batch or the next. I might luck out though with some clones soon from a buddy of a buddy. I don't even want to think of a 4 month lull in winter with a brand new room................

No offense JJ but to my way of thinking is there are plenty of threads here praising breeders or seedbanks and for you to tell folks that if they have a problem or concerns about quality to address the issue in private seems a bit skewed.

Or in other words if a strain does well for a grower you can praise it's virtues in public but if say you have rubbish germ rates or some other valid complaint, you cant voice your concern/opinion in the same manner.
In the same way we dont know if someone is trolling or not, we will never know if someone is hyping up strains or not.

I hope that makes sense?

Yep! You made perfect sense man...and I agree...personally, that is the main reason for these types of forums, imo.... Before i drop $150 bucks and 3 months of my life, I would like to hear HONEST opinions based off experiences, whether those answers be positive or negative... I understand there are alot of trolls, but lets face it, not every strain/hybrid or cross is a a good performer, but that does not always stop people from selling those seeds on the market...
I love ICmag, bbut alot of times, this site seems to harbor a hiden agenda....I thought this forum was to HELP, sick people and hobby growers alike to find the TRUTH, and deleting honest threads about shit strains, is not the revealing the truth....

*Not trolling here...lol...that seems to be the first thing thrown out when someone speaks out about an issue on here...Like I said, I love Icmag 98% of the time...I spend alot of time here....I will probably get a divorce one day to prove it...lol...

Allot of GHS strains are awesome Ive seen and tasted em. Every gene pool has its rejects mother earth is not perfect. That being said you are welcome to your opinion.

I love ICmag, bbut alot of times, this site seems to harbor a hiden agenda....

There is no hidden agenda it's just sometimes people forget that this site is a commercial enterprise and as such bad reviews of vendors who sell their wares on this site are often deleted, bad publicity be it true or not wont sell seeds.

But then again how many breeders have we all seen slagging off the competition or spreading bullshit about others work?
In a way it's a no win situation, threads get deleted and people give out.
A breeder releases a shite strain for sale on a site they pay advertising fees and get bad reviews then most likely they will no longer pay for advertising

Compost I'm sorry this happened to you, I tried to find your thread and the reasons for its deletion but I could not. To get back on topic here may I offer this, the Mods and Admin of our site have very recently discussed this issue of notifying our members of the violation when deleting or editing the threads, in great length may I add. Most all of our staff are really trying hard to give that notice now. Provide our members with reasons for those edits and bans. For example: in this thread Benji has even presented the TOU rule number for the members when editing the posts

The posts and threads are reported to us by our members, we don't go search them out. They then are looked at by more than one Moderator or Admin member before action is taken to insure we can be as fair as we possibly can to our members. I hope you understand DD

....And note to my above post....I have grown a couple Green House strains...and the Lemon Skunk was off the charts GREAT! It was literally my favorite smoke for a long time.....possibly still is....

Understandably, not every release is going to killer.....but then again, that's what reports are good for....

I have grown out GHS lemon skunk, and the church. The lemon skunk is really good, it ranges from a sweet orange smell, to a banana smell, and some have a slightly more sour citrus smell. I am also impressed by the church, it was like 25 dollars for 10 female seeds, and they doing very good. Nice sweet skunky smell, great trich coverage, and a pretty good yielder. If I didn't have so many strains waiting to be grown out ATM, I would get more seeds from greenhouse.
