I received the same pack and made the same inquiry. I found out they were sent in from Lola. She sent me this
"Sour Bubble Mix is probably SB BX 4 x SB BX 4, but there was some stray Karma Genetics SSSDH pollen floating around, so a few beans maybe got that for a daddy. That is why i labeled it a mix"

Those defintiely sound like some good freebies. Is that from a recent seedbay order?
You may find some great stuff in those...but you may find they will seed up your whole room. I would be very suspect of these seeds, and I would certainly not jeopardize the whole grow with them.
It was a great gesture for them to be sent in, however the circumstances that surround them make them very questionable offerings. These are accidents at best, and possibly not very desirable. If you grow them out, be on the lookout for hermie for sure.
The parents of these seeds are reportedly an incross of BOG's SourBubble BX4 that was grown by grapepunched. His incross of the SB yielded some super intoxicatingly tuttifrutti potent nugs. Very low yield, very high appeal.
The potential is there, just beware....

why?? the seeds are not an offspring from hermis...just a normal cross!

I got some SSSDH freebies from 4:20 bean company. I have tried to find information on this company and strains using the search function. Does this mean my beans are from Lola too? I assume they are a f2's of Rez stock or I guess they could be from connoisseur genetics. Any one know.

I am a southern gentleman, but there are times when you can't help but include a woman in a critique, especially if they place themselves in a position to be critiqued.
Lola is no old time breeder by any standards from what she has told and shown here. She grows a few plants and all of a sudden she has a "420 Bean Company". There is no bean company that exists, and it is simply a title she thought up to make things look as if she was running a legitimate business. Sort of a slap in the face to those who are actually buying groceries from the sale of bred seeds. Even in this thread a person is talking about doing some research on the "420 Bean Company". Let me save you the trouble, there is no such thing.
Lola bragged about "releasing" her strains... Just what is she releasing? How much work was placed into these lines and how is it that they get "released"? Again, that is just something that was said to make one feel important and on par with real breeders and sellers. Another slap in the face to legitimate business persons.
We saw lots of pictures of her plants, but never one of a male...any male. And the story back when was that the SB male was a plant that was not even known about. She claimed she didn't know it was in the lot, and it flowered out and pollinated her whole room.
Can't say I buy that altogether, and is the main reason I warn to watch out for hermies. Lola has a small grow by any standards, and just how many of you would have a male the went to full on flower and pollination without you knowing it? Let's be real here.....
And why pics of all others, but nothing on that male? Ever?
As enthusiastic as Lola was on being a part of the "clique" I can't imagine here not including that plant in her picture and description expose.
It leads me to think that maybe there was a rogue hermie in the lot that did the damage, rather than a full on male. But one would really have to doubt the word of the teller to make that claim.
And I am not going to call liar, but there have been some tall tales that are obviously far from the truth that have been told in the last couple of years by Lola.
No, there is no company, and Lola is no breeder at all.
Fine move to offer up freebies to the masses, but it needs to be accompanied by the truth of things, and not some hyped up and overblown pseudo company posturing.
How righteous is it to give people the impression that these were seeds from a legitimate seed breeding company?
More of a kid trying to fit in move, than an honest adult move.
A new grower may look at the hype place on these with the fancy company name and all the bullshit and think they have something very special that was worked. And these may well provide a grower with some very special plants. But it is a crapshoot at best like all chucks are, and even more questionable when all the facts are considered.

i happened to come across some of these they have been germinating i will give em a run....ty for posting nugget because i was about to post same damn thing dude lol...and just to throw this out there why are you wasting so much energy....i mean have you grown out the beans? no need for all that just over a simple thread of someone trying to gain knowledge of a freebie he or she received.....anyways good night
