aeroponics help

Hi, Thought Id create a account again after a few years of being offline, and i got some aeroponics questions. I remember a while ago, a great thread about true aeroponics, or high pressure aero.

Question 1. I have searched high and low and have only found one or 3-4 websites that are all linked to one website and sells the same supplies, which I believe is owned by the same company. I have tried to find misting jets that state the micron size for their jets, but all I can find is countless sites selling aero products to people with not enough specs, just 180 or 360 degree spray pattern which tells me nothing I want to know. I build engines for a hobby. I like specs. Any one know of a aero site that sells aeroponic jets with micron information and orifice sizes?

Question 2. searched high and low but only found 1 company, 3 diffrent sites same vendor. Selling the high pressure, high diaphragm pumps. Is their a site with more selection also telling you the PSI output of the pump, something that i cannot find on any one else site, just how many GPH it works at.

IS their a thread on here some one can post the link to, or explain how to break down what size/PSI pump I would need, when calculating piping size and number of misters and length of piping into the equation. Becasue I know shouldn't just buy a 100-200psi pump and hook it up to yards of pipe and jets and expect it to work efficiently...

last question is, With filters has any one succesfully used organics with True aero set up without problems when theirs enough filters for pump ect going? I was thinking of using Blue Mountain organics which is the most amazing shit Ive ever used on plants, its basicly clear with no particles of anything and it gives almost all minerals and like 35 trace minerals. along with botanicare bloom products that look completely particle free and almost clear.

main goal is once set ups done, to do a TRUE aero setup with Only organics. misting jets are cheap so Im not concerned really if they eventually got clogged. Thanks for any help.

Most organic nutes would clog the super fine misters of true aero. I run the low pressure deal with the EZ-cloner misters. You can either use Botanicare or GH's new General Organic line. I'm running the new GO line and having no clogs. I think you might have to end up making a choice between true aero and organic nutes. Don't just take my word for it though, look into the TAG grow threads. They might be able to help you out. Good luck buddy.

Don't use the GO line in your hydro system, crazy pH spikes and slime. I have since switched to Sensi Grow A&B. Sorry about the premature suggestion. I hear very good things about Pure Blend Pro from Botanicare though.

i want to see where this is heading also i currently built a 2x2 aero tray to test it out with 9 3inch net pots and im using the general organics biothrive right now and have 8 360degree sprayers i just need to take some clones to put in it i also have it with a 360 gph pump with half inch black vinal tubing that way its cheep to replace incase anything happens and just a 10 gallon resevior still have some kinks to work out of the system ill take some pictures in a minute to give you an idea of what im running id like to see what setup you go with

Im running a 500gph pump. its what comes stock with my aerojet8 tray from botanicare...

Ive also ran organics from beginning to end in these systems. the only way to do it is make teas then strain out all the shit so they dont clog the misters..

Ive ran Advanced Nutes connoseur in my aero table, BC, Botanicare and GH... GH 3 part outperformed all, the botanicare pure blend was just as good. didnt have any clogging problems with any of these nutes.

A little secret i learned with aeroponics. when the roots start falling out the net pots turn off your sprayers open up your trays and sprinkle a little bit of great white shark all over the roots. salt shaker works best.

heres some old pics of last aeroponic crop... just started some more gotta open up a new thread for that tho, really busy with the smartpots! enjoy any questions hit me up
