Chatted with someone almost 5 years ago about Jack Herer and he's been growing indoors since before the internet...lol. Dude said early releases were amazing but JH is just not the same anymore...I mean 5 years ago.

I hear Jack Flash is a great plant to grow with fantastic
results. Jack Herer is truly delicious fine connoisseur bud.
Jack Frost is really fucking nice too. All are great smokes.

there is some J1 and J1x at my local outlets, and it has the bland, swagy "pine smell" that just seams so fucking cheap and flimsy. like 3$/lb smell.....

decent smoke but not nearly as dense or as potent as original jack.

although, most grows @ dispos seam to be lower in quality these days. extra fluffy. etc.

the sensi jack is VERY VERY impressive!! imho.

im a huge fan of the smell.. very distinctive.

alot of places try and sell green crack mis-labled as jack, i love correcting them. the jack is distictive. very nice. let me get u a pic of mine.

best jack i ever had was a road kill skunk pheno.....just rieked of skunk....flavor lingered on your toung for hours....

My favorite Jack hybrids are J1 and XJ13.

As for the original, your best bet would be Karma's Jack (F8?) - I've only heard good things. Beans are on the bay right now, fyi...

received a freebie from alien years ago called sour jack.. think it had some of motorebel genes in it... wasnt the holy grail but rocked the shit out of half the purchased seeds i ever had

I haven't had it in a long long time. But the first time I had it was @ a Medical Cup in Santa Cruz, where it beat out the best Sour D I've ever smoked.

:: First seen the JH in the early 90s. It came from a Guy who labeled his bags. "Willy's Worm" on top of the label then the strain name under that. The Jack Herer being one of them. Anyone from Michigan rember the Willy's Worm?

:: Surprised nobody mentioned Critical Jack. Obviously it's Critical Mass x Jack Herer. Seems to be quit common in my area. Because the CM upped the yield and sped up the harvest time makes it a true winner. I blaze a very large variety of strains and this is one Im more than happy to indulge in. Funny I was just talking about this one with a Guy yesterday. I don't currently have it in my stable. But do have access to it close by. Witch I'm thinking about griping on to soon. It truly is a good choice easy grow, very tasty, nice potency and large yields. Not 1 for super head stash I would choose. Just a real good kind commercial prospect. MOST all the dispensaries in the Grand Rapids area when they were still open had this one. Look it up! RIP Jack your a true legend!!!
