I often ask people who are against legalization "Do you really want to put Willie Nelson in jail?" and they're usually taken aback. It's a rhetorical question really, to get them to re-evaluate their position after they say no. Actually they usually don't answer but no one has ever said yes.

Apparently though, there are those in Texas who do.

About 30 miles north of the border Border Patrol has jurisdiction to set up secondary check points total bullshit I say but many people dont get busted till they hit the inner check point.
