biobizz users Tips and info

no i do half with the bloom abd grow and heaven, and the other half top-max and alg-e-mic. up until the last two weeks of flowering...then i do half the waterings with topmax and the other half plain water. i might slip a plain watering in there every fourth watering for more sensitve plants.

hey hop, i mix 5gal at a time and i only put in 30ml of bloom and 15ml of grow. Try it, they love a steak, not the whole cow!!

I used the whole range including their all-mix. You have to flush for 3 weeks or your bud will taste real bad and burn like shit. Been there done that. I'd say stay away from those who advise 1 week or no flush at all. I don't remember exactly what was Biobizz flush recommendation, i think 1 last week or may be two but anyway i tried fallowing their schedule as well as experimented way beyond that and u gotta flush longer then what they say.

It all depends on how much you gave them before.
If you were giving the recommended dose you'd need a 3-4 week of straight water.
If you were giving 1\5-1\4 strength you'd need a week.
If you are using slow release fertilizers you might won't have much benefit from flushing.

I would like to input my experience with bio bizz. I had some problems with my finished product being harsh due to not long enough of a flush. The schedule says to flush for 2 weeks with plain water. I fed every watering with 15mil per 5gal with each product, grow, bloom, heaven, topmax and alg-a-mic. In 5 gal of FFOF. This left my plants DARK DARK green even throughout the flush. Me having no experience, harvested, to find that the buds had that harsh throat tickle. I was feeding at about a quarter strength every watering and seemed to be too much to flush come harvest time. Kind of just reiterating fonzee's post.

I have tested biobizz and i still work with it when i don't use my organic soil recipe. They product works great. Top Max is Humic Acids basically, and its great too. One think i realise with biobizz is that u have to give small amont of water to the plants when watering but of course u will have to water more often. However, allowing the soil to dry well between each watering make buds swell and make flushing easier.

I use only the lightmix and really dont like the hotmix! Is too hot for young plants and when they are ready for it the soil don't kick enough so i find it pretty useless.

Indeed, flushing is a most, biobizz or not, i always flush for at least 25 days! And sometime up to a month if the plant are still green. I hate dark green plant for smoke.

This is why nutes will never beat organic or veganic soil recipes when its come to pot smoothness and taste!

i find that if i inoculate my soil with compost teas or other micro babies once a month it makes flushing much easier too. i use the top-max up until just about the last week and i find my plants yellow and flush very nicely.

hi guys
so i am new biobizz user
this is my second grow this time stealth ,I grow under 250 HPS lamp,i have 3 girls big bud 25 days old ,first 10 days they was perfect ,i use biobizz light mix soil ,but last 10 days 1 is droopy constant ,another one is yellow between veins and one still ok but also start to get yellow between veins
first grow i used hesi nutes ,and i followed the schedule ,and result was good,but i didnt like them because its not organic ,i use weed for medicine
i used just the root juice and bio-grow half of amount what the schedule say
now after analyzing the situation with my friend ,we think i underfeed them
my question is should i use all the nutes and follow the schedule is it ok? i read u all use all the nutes together
also its time for me to start flowering period but i am not sure if it s good in this conditions
also i have biobizz leaf coat is it good to use ?
what is ur advice for first time biobizz user ?
i grow in airpots so the girls grow like hell ,compared to regular pots i win 2 weeks already

bump, any you BioBizz users help my buddy over here out please! he just wants confirmation on mix ratios grow/bloom/algamic/topmax/bioHeaven etc, following the BioBizz feed chart in light mix. Ive seen several different combinations, what would be the best ratio's & course of action to correct his immediate problems.

i think scrogger250 sums it up in post 2 but like i said ive seen variations, & not all the addys are there are they, pretty much sums it up! it does help to read the whole thread, i think its all here & much more too, nice thread. Im sure these guys will help you out if you have any more problems bro.

Best tasting and best final product in my opinion.I would like to use nothing but Bio-Bizz topmax and bio-bloom w bloombastic.Had my best results.But it just costs to much for me ,right now i don't smoke most of my product.I prob would use it exclusivly if i did.
I think your gonna be real happy,the people who developed the products ,def know what their doing.

You said it man. I've grown many different ways and the best i've found is the Biobizz.

I was using biobizz for a year or so.
I went basically by their chart using half the dose with 2 out of every 3 waterings.
If you add compost to your mix you can use quarter dose for 1.5 months or so.

I LOVE the Alg-A-Mic. Its keeps the plant fed with micro nutes and works to relief stress, but if your plants are healthy it is not crucial.
I find the Top Max a waste of money. I couldn't notice any change when I've used it and when I didn't.
The BioHeaven is pretty much the same as Alg-A-Mic but costs way more and works a bit better during flowering. I rather ditch it.
The Bio Bloom is pretty weak and I rather add some high P bat guano and decrease the BioBloom dose by 1\3 than overdoing the biobloom.


Using small amounts of high N Bat guano with the mix (tablespoon per gallon) lets you use WAY less BioGrow through the grow.


Well, as time went I've ditched all the BioBizz products for slow release alternatives (guanos, compost, EWC, etc) and made some home-made seaplants fertilizer that should do the same work Alg-A-Mic does.

Its way cheaper and when if done correctly requires way less measuring.


As for flushing - if you go by the chart and use half dose you would need a flush and 2 weeks of straight water (or with molasses) to get rid of the biobloom taste.


The Fish Mix should be pretty much the same as BioGrow but should not require the added alg-a-mic as the fish already have the needed minerals.

Mickey, the first thing I would look for is kelp meal \ seaweed extract \ fish emultion \ Alg-A-Mic to use along with the Bio Grow along the veg. period.
I never liked it alone, but with one of the supplement above its good.

If you got a lot of compost \ EWC in your mix it should matter less, but I would still look for some microelements supplement.

I also liked the algemic. here's a saver. Maxicrop is a near identical product as algemic. It works just as good as algemic and its $25 a gallon.

I use fishmix, grow, maxicrop (alg e mic), bloom and topmaxx. LOVE it.

the nute biobizz schedule grow period goes just till 2 weeks ,but my girls are in grow period already 4th week ,so i dont get it ,i see u all use all the nutes ,around 2ml of every nute for 1 liter of water ,so i will try to give them 1,5 ml of each nute for 1 liter of water,should i use alg a mic for folia feeeding?from time to time ?and how much ? i think nothing can go wrong ,anyway please advise if u can

yes thx i follow the biobizz schedule ,but instead of 2 ml of each nutes per 1 liter of water i use 1.5ml ,i hope the girls will feel better ,i also spray them with algamix yesterday ,1ml for 1 liter of water ,is it correct?how much u use algamix for foliar feeding algamix?and in flowerin u dont foliar feed them with algamix?i also i give them algamix with water i mix it with other nutes ,i hope its not too much for them
