I was riding on the bike path on the beach and decide to go pee and low and be hold..some under cover cop tapped me on the shoulder while i was pissing and asked me to leave and then went over to a stall and i assume caught some guy whacking it and arrested him.

Someone must have reported him and that guy took too long to visualize another man's penis and had a hard time finishing.
