First true set of leaves have no vigor hang on the soil,29 days old plant.

Hi
I have a white rhino, its in day 29 of veg, i think overall plant is doing fine(pic 3) but some leaves have no vigor like they were not getting water or something but i water it when the soils is dry and i try not to over water it too.

First true leav hang on the soil, why? Maybe they dosent get to much light because of the bushy plant? or why this lack of vigor on those leaves is present ? Thanks for the answers.

Do you use plant food? or any Nutes at all, or are you relying on the soil?

Are those leaves getting wet when you water? Looks like they're getting the water over them and then being held down as the soil dries, what i meab by held down is just kind of stuck to the surface of the soil . Take those leaves off. None of my plants have leaves near the bottom for that reason, it also allows more moisture to stay around the stalk longer with the leaves staying drooped like that, higher chance of molds.

Plant have now 4 weeks, i started to add nuts in very low concentration week 3, last days was the 2nd feed for the plant, i think shes not carving for any nuts, leaves are green and look ok, just the bottom one are hunging. Somebady told me that i over watered the plant and that it need to breath and to let the soil to dry well.

No, they are not getting wet when i water , they are not stuck to the soil because of humidity.

its not humidity that would be holding them... when u water the leaf will hold extra for later.. the prob is when u water both sides of the leaf's are getting wet, they can get imprinted into the soil which will then hold the leaf down. i am not a big fan of taking leafs off but i would remove them and see once the other leafs get bigger if they do the same thing. gl

Agreed, i say let it eat (dry out) and maybe try get them closer.

Hope this helps.

What kind of soil is it in? pH? Are you letting it dry out inbetween watering?

Its a soil with 6.5-7 ph, the outcome is 7. I dont water to often but definitely i can sense some moist in the soil when check the soil 2 inch deep. Not really moist but not rally dry. Ill let it dry this time well enough. In 2 days ill put the plant under a 250w MH for the rest of the vegm then under a 250 hps for flowering.

I think your just being like me, Your stressing too much, remember the plants stress with you and no matter what the conditions it will do its best to grow as this is how nature works.

The soil should buffer your PH unless what your adding is changing stuff up too much,

From what I can see they were hungry or over watered, either or a day or 2 will do wonders, stress less and your plants will smile as well.

I hope its coming right. and remember this is all IMHO.

I have removed a feew days back the laves that were hung on the soil, now other two leaves stays the same, they grew big and now they hang.
I havent watered since then, the soil today feels dry on the edges but a very little moist in the center. I think ill water tonight. Some new small leaves stays liek they need water.

I dont know what to do about the nutes, to add and feed the plant today with the watering or not to add them. I have a leaf that have some brown spot and im afraid its from the nute burn, or could be from that i over watered in the past?

Ill attach the pic with the brown spots, also its not te only lea that have some spots on it but this one has the more damage.

Why those older leaves hung now too on the soil? No nutes, no vigor? I dont understand whats going on, some leaves shows nute burn, some have no vigor and hung like they vere carving for somehing.

well if u had 15 more right beside her & they were all green & doing OK , then i would say u have a runt of the litter . Time heals all , whether overwatering (which causes the most probs , esp iron & other deficients ) . Generally u just toss the runts , but if shes that special then time heals all with new root infrastructure advancing , etc.... she'll get better .

:)

PS After 29 days ...often i tip the plant out of the pot to see first hand what the roots have been up to ....fully rooted in white roots invading the pot fully ? Hmmm, should be no problem , just underfed? Stop giving her so many bong hits mate & spilling yer guiness into her pot ! ;)

your leafs are hanging lol close to the soil because your plant is bushy. Its allowing the secondairy branches to come out, its the structure of the plant, and fact that it loves your light distance.
