Orient Express in flower

Hellow fellow Icers,
Picked up the last pack of these from the Boo just before this last re-stock. I did not have very good luck with the germ rate (seed pack was dated in 2008) I did end up with this one nice female though from the 10 beans. She is at about 2 weeks flower right now. Here are a couple of pics. Anyone have idea if it looks like it leans towards the Viet or China? The leaves are neither long or fat. I vegged the plant 2+ months, and it has not stretched much and is about 3' tall.

I will update with pics throughout the flowering.

Nice, structure...no clue on the pheno...looking to get some myself...hope the germ rate is better now with the re stock...at least you got one...i think you will have a nice amount of asian sativa in 7 weeks...happy growing

We just grew these out, that looks like the headier pheno of ours. I can't tell you which region it leans towards though. I assume Viet Black leaning, because of the not so fat leaves.

However the strongest pheno we had was dark purple underleafs and skinnier leafs than yours. We made (and just started popping some) of that pheno OE with a Spice of Life's Blue Satellite male.

Sorry for going off base. I would also like to know what Dubi thinks about your pheno. My guess is 70% Vietnam Black 30% China Yunnan.



p.s. All the pheno's of Orient Express are GREAT smoke. My buddy also has Tikal from Greenhouse 2010 drying. That plant never stopped growing..... seriously I think if we had better weather it could be perpetual harvested. It NEVER stopped stretching, but the buds just continued growing and filling in the stretched gap. Seriously 1-2 foot long buds everywhere. ACE has really impressed us. (I'll get some pics up of Greenhouse2010 Tikal/OE and also our new crosses indoor with our SOL dad)

We'll get you the initial smoke report in a couple weeks to allow a little bit of cure at least.

My buddy did take a lot of pictures throughout the Greenhouse season. So, I'll get all of those uploaded ASAP. To hold whoever is interested over, here are a couple pictures of the seed run with Tikal and OE. (sorry don't have more).

I'd like to reiterate how impressed we are with ACE. We liked it enough to include a pheno of each strain in the seed run with all of our keeper moms. I'd really like to get a Vietnam Black x Guatemala Sativa from you guys!!! Is that in future plans Dubi?

Nice looking plants Growbrass Your OE looks pretty similiar but I think your leaves are a little longer than mine. I look forward to trying this one out. I have a couple of the Blubonics as well, hell I got a couple of quite a few things now lol.
