Clone only strains!?!?!?

yeah like soma says in his book he can tell if a plant is special just by the shape of the leaf . I remember I while back I did a cross of ak 48 x south african durban posion x skunk from sam the skunk man, I poped 30 beans and one of them was this fat leafed cannabis afghanica indica to bad I did not clone her cuz she yielded well and was hella strong she was the only one with that special leaf shape.

Not sure about the others on the list but (at F15 or more) Cherry Bomb is as close to a true IBL as you'll find in the cannabis world. There are 2-3 different select clones around SoCal right now, but folks who have experience with growing and/or smoking CB could identify them easily.

you cant get seed cuz there a special type of plant phenotype that pops out you could pop 100 beans and not find the same plant it just the luck of the draw.

My question is do clone only strains ever produce seeds? If a strain is only available thru getting clones; dose that mean it can never produce seeds? not even if it were to herm???

I guess the whole reason im asking is because there might be ways to grow that normally stress the plant too much, that are actually better yielding?

Any thoughts???

Hello there. The Texada Timewarp is a clone only strain from B.C.. Many hybrids have been bred by crossing the Timewarp with other strains that are dependable for both great buds and heavy yeilds. Legends Own Timebomb is an interesting cross by using D.J. Shorts Defunct Blueberry Male. Great strains these Timewarp clones and their hybrids. Kind regards.

That is 100% false.
And it irritates me to NO end that this myth is perpetuated.
It's what femmmd seed makers would like you to believe,but it's essentially a load of shit.

If it was true,Greenhouse feminized seeds would make "exact" copies of the P1 stock they came from. Some traits aside,they do NOT.

Kindly do not state something as fact,to a noob,when it is not.
Especially when it's THIS important.

From what I understand the IBL tag can first be applied to the F4 generation at best and more likely an F6. Once you get to an F15 you're probably gonna start to see some weaknesses show up but this keeping in mind only 2 parents per F gen and not any open pollination dealio in the mix at some point. For sure should be an IBL well before an F15.
