I learned after about a year of using biobizz that the alg-a-mic is a waste of money... my yield/quality are exactly the same without it...

This is how I use biobizz...(feeding every other watering)

8ml biogrow 4ml biobloom per gallon days 1-14
8ml biogrow 8ml biobloom per gallon days 14-28
12ml biogrow 12ml biobloom days 28-flush starting on day 56 or day 70 depending on strain.

Flush for 10 days

Biobizz nutes are really good but it can get pretty expensive when doing things on a larger scale...
I'm switching over to gh micro/bloom with big bud and bloombastic because biobizz costs a lot more money but I do not get paid any more for having organic product...

It's cool if you grow on a small scale for headsmoke and to hook up friends, but when you're selling multiple pounds nobody gives a shit if it's organic or not...
On a commercial scale, when something increases overhead costs without increasing profit...it's usually not worth the investment...

so you use the grow all the way through?

yeah you NEED to... if you don't they won't get enough potassium and the buds won't get as big or dense as they should.

I learned that the hard way on my first run with biobizz...

I've also used 1/2 strength earth juice meta-K instead of the grow starting week 5 with better results but I had the best results with using the biogrow all the way through...

Biobizz is the way to go if you must have organic...It's my personal choice for headstash...

Oh yeah I also add 5ml per gallon of grandma's molasses starting week on 4.
(every other watering, in addition to the biobizz)
Really makes those trics shine and improves flavor.

Best tasting and best final product in my opinion.I would like to use nothing but Bio-Bizz topmax and bio-bloom w bloombastic.Had my best results. But it just costs to much for me ,right now i don't smoke most of my product.I prob would use it exclusivly if i did.
I think your gonna be real happy, the people who developed the products ,def know what their doing.

I was using biobizz for a year or so.
I went basically by their chart using half the dose with 2 out of every 3 waterings.
If you add compost to your mix you can use quarter dose for 1.5 months or so.

I LOVE the Alg-A-Mic. Its keeps the plant fed with micro nutes and works to relief stress, but if your plants are healthy it is not crucial.
I find the Top Max a waste of money. I couldn't notice any change when I've used it and when I didn't.
The BioHeaven is pretty much the same as Alg-A-Mic but costs way more and works a bit better during flowering. I rather ditch it.
The Bio Bloom is pretty weak and I rather add some high P bat guano and decrease the BioBloom dose by 1\3 than overdoing the biobloom.

Using small amounts of high N Bat guano with the mix (tablespoon per gallon) lets you use WAY less BioGrow through the grow.

Well, as time went I've ditched all the BioBizz products for slow release alternatives (guanos, compost, EWC, etc) and made some home-made seaplants fertilizer that should do the same work Alg-A-Mic does.

Its way cheaper and when if done correctly requires way less measuring.

As for flushing - if you go by the chart and use half dose you would need a flush and 2 weeks of straight water (or with molasses) to get rid of the biobloom taste.

The Fish Mix should be pretty much the same as BioGrow but should not require the added alg-a-mic as the fish already have the needed minerals.

I did. You'll need less biobizz stuff when you do.

I would work the other way around - add BioBizz as a supplement for the EWC and guano top feeds.
Way cheaper and works great if you don't over do the guano.

Hey Bob

Stoked you started this thread. Never see that many growers talking about the range.

I only use the Bio Grow and Bio Bloom.. cant get the rest unfortunately :/ But I use Guano tea for my flowering period in place of the TopMax. Only grown 2 x crops using it before I lost all my plants but I am pretty happy with everything. Think I need some more grows under the belt before I can give an informed opinion but no complaints so far :)

Mickey, the first thing I would look for is kelp meal \ seaweed extract \ fish emultion \ Alg-A-Mic to use along with the Bio Grow along the veg. period.
I never liked it alone, but with one of the supplement above its good.

If you got a lot of compost \ EWC in your mix it should matter less, but I would still look for some microelements supplement.

I use bio grow and bio bloom with grozyme, Liquid Karma-BOT, superthrive and carboload from AN. oh and CalMag from BOT as well!

BioBizz makes for some really dense, full flavor smoke

ALWAYS half what the bottle says or less.

been using bio-bizz for about a year now both the soils and nutes. i love the stuff like crazy. definatly use the alg-e-mic as a foliar a couple time during veg and your plants will reward you with great pest and mold resistance later in flowering. i also started using their bio-heaven, but it's to soon to tell the results. i personally have found better yeilds and far better quality from the finished product compared to foxfarm. i get growth rates and root structures that seem to explode in no time flat. i have found that it can be helpful to ph your water and make sure it's between 5.5-7 before adding nutes. although this is absolutly pointless becuase theres enough buffers in their soils that it really doesn't matter. i use much lower rates than what everone else here has posted, but i usually give them something with every watering.
i do 5ml-bio-grow, 5ml-bio-bloom, and now 5ml-bio-heaven per gallon every other watering
then i do 10ml-top-max, and 5ml-alg-e-mic everyother watering. i do this for the first part of flowering.
i then move i up the bloom to 10ml for the second part of flowering.
then the last two weeks of flowering i do 10ml-top-max everyother watering and then plain water the other half of the time to flush. i use this with their light mix soil. ever since i started running strictly bio-bizz my yeilds have been boosted, my quality has increased ten fold, and i have more money in my pocket. personally i love the stuff and will tell everyone who asks thats what i would suggest.

Hop, if you'll use their all-mix you would be more cost-efficient.
If you'll mix some EWC in (10% or so) you'll need even less bottled nutes. Like feeding with 1\4 strength once a month or so.

when you say , every other watering, does that mean you first go just with water than you water with nutrients, than again water and than again water with nutrients and so on?

i also go with biobizz and i like it alot cause you barely cant overdose it like when you go with salt nutrients.
i just use the biogrow and the biobloom also have shooting powder from house and garden for the last 3 weeks and some baldrian. added also some molasse.
