well i hope your lawyer gets it thrown out, wait what is a suspended sentence in AU?
I believe it means the same thing in aus as it does in the uk. A suspended sentence is a jail term that wont be enforced provided that no other offences are committed within a specified time period. ie. another grow found within a set amount of time, then its 18 months jail time plus what ever sentence the second offence carries.
Pink, sorry to hear about this. For one plant how much worse could it have been if you'd pleaded not guilty and made them go through a trial? The sentence not being suspended I guess. What a pitty it wasnt a fine and all over and done with. Head down for 18 months now. Good luck to you, may be time for a night class or a new hobby to help pass that time. When I get turned over I'm not going for the expensive lawyer trick, I'm gonna save that cash for the fine and hope thats all it is. Deffo a good reason to keep the numbers down though, even at the expense of adding a couple of weeks to the veg time each round.

Fuck yeah it's just a plant. WTF. Nobody deserves punishment for growing a plant. Helps my pain better than morphine!
Good luck to you! And at least your not doing time inside. Do they pee test while on suspended sentence?

OK, no jail time for growing is great imo but as above queries I'm also interested in knowing what your suspended sentence includes, probation officer reporting, clean pee tests, on the books working status etc.......?

Only thing I can say ese is not to go around telling untrusted peeps about your grow for all you know it takes that one person or someone who over heard you talking about your grow who's relative is related to leo.
I hope all works out for ya and try and spend a few monies for duck tape for your mouth so your security is not breached.
Also if this keeps up you might do some time and come out with a loose asshole so pucker up and learn from this bad day time bust of your one plant.
