Can I breed the same strains?

Say I get a pack of seeds that are the same strains, can I breed them and make seeds? Will it have less vigor/is it bad?

There isn't a thing wrong with making your own seeds,I know I will.

If you breed a male and a female of the same strain, you'll get F2's not F1's.And that's assuming the parental stock was an F1 to begin with.A male and female of differing strains bred together will result in an F1. Hope that helps.

If everything goes perfectly, then it will be 7 months (depending on the strain) before you get to taste your offspring. If you read through this site over that time, then you will want to put in an order for soemthing else (no matter what you pick this time). So you get your seeds, you get experience, and have a bumper crop of seeds to fall back on. Why not, so long as you arent getting stock available from a breeder, making f2s/ibls and then sending them in for sale (as thats frowned on for obvious reasons).

Cheers, and ye if anything I would just give some out for free to people and make sure I tell them they're IBL.

And stoney I'm not too sure what strain I'm going to do it with, thinking about something that's known and stable from Sensi seeds or Barney's farm. May go with something decent from Nirvana seeds though.
