I eat chinese but it has to be from a place called Panda Express but theirs just a few things I like on their menu give me home cooked food any day.

Last time we went out to a chinese resturant an old man sat across from us and took out his false teeth and started licking and sucking the food that was between his false teeth and my homie asked him what he eats for desert

They are very good merchants. And they love littile consumer, not big corporations. Also, a buyed things is a money now. Also spoken, beware at quality of merchandise goods.

Double Cooked Pork
I prefer the Twice Chewed Beef bro.

all kidding aside, we're pretty lucky to have two NYC Cantonese style restaurants just south of me in Bemidji. Both of these joints came here from NYC's Chinatown in the mid 90s, both have buffet and of course take out. Buffet is OK for fast & cheap ($12 tax incl) but I like to order off the menu to take the best stuff home. when you grew up in NY you got very used to eating chinese straight from the little white cardboard containers.......

I like to make my own version of kung pao chicken. Instead of battering the chicken, I marinate chopped up pieces of chicken in rice vinegar, sesame oil and soy sauce overnight.

While I'm cooking some brown or white rice, I saute peanuts, garlic, onions and bell peppers in a pan. When they are nice and soft, I drain the marinade from the chicken and put the chicken in with the peanuts and everything and cook it until it is done.

But this one chinese buffer place used to make this dish that I loved. I think it was called Hot Chicken... something, I forgot but it was fucking awesome. All I know is that the dish had chicken, mushrooms, some sort of red pepper flakes in an awesome sauce and I have been trying to recreate that dish for years. If I saw a picture of it, I would immediately recognize it because it is sooo good.

I ate chinese today actually. I really like beef, the pork dishes (and maybe it is just me) seem to be taken care of less? Maybe they're less popular but at several different take out places across my state, the pork dishes always seem a little dry. Pepper steak or beef w/ broccoli have been my favorites as of late. I ate some day old General Tso's chicken a few months ago that made me sick as a dog...so I stay away from the 'Tso's.

love chinese food

I used to deliver for 2 of the biggest restaurants in my city

SPOILER

I don't want to ruin this for you people

I am a bit wary of the msg they put in the food

amplifies the taste in food but apparently may be really bad for your health
can cause headaches and stuff

one girl that worked there (waitress) asked what is that white powder the boss put in the food

boss gave her this malicious smile and said, it's like salt heh

but man oh man is it good :)

chow mein, chicken fried rice, any fried rice
singapore noodles
chicken balls
fried wontons, egg foo yong, guy ding, ribs
won ton soup, egg rolls with orange sauce

even the white rice.. love it

love chinese food

What is it about the munchies and Chinese food? Hahah. I guess it's one of the few cuisines with regular delivery.

I work two doors down from a Chinese restaurant run by a very friendly Chinese couple. Being on friendly terms means lots of off-menu items and steep discounts.

I'm going to the chinese buffet tomorrow night, I usually attack the shrimp dishes, a bunch of mussels (very tasty), lo mein noodles (I've been avoiding gluten's lately); 2nd (& final) plate is usually chicken dishes & fried rice. my diets been rather bland lately but I've dropped some crucial pounds so it's been worth the sacrifice.......
