I actually remember my father bringing one of these home in the mid 70's. He was a school administrator and to the best of my knowledge these were never widely used since I never actually got one when in school. My kid would be like "I know that smell! It is incense right?"

Is there a small plantation scratch n sniff as well as a large plantation scratch n sniff?
Perhaps they are just trying to get citizens to recognize the difference in a legal scent versus an illegal scent.

I'd like to see what they look like.
Maybe print out a few hundred, give 'em wipe of something potent and mail them out randomly.
That hot-line would be lit up with folks reporting they found the smell all over their neighborhood.

First, just WTF does cannabis "smell" like -- skunks, blueberries, cotton candy, diesel fuel, pine trees, sandalwood?
Second, the USA DEA awards block grants overseas to governments to entice them to remain engaged in the War on Drugs. Weapons, training, and high tech gear are also rewarded to UN Single Convention on Drugs-compliant signatories as an inducement to stay within this USA-mandated program. All at USA taxpayer expense.
The USA has joined two unending unwinnable fascistic police state wars, War on Drugs & War on Terror, at the hip. At some point, they will merge overseas like they have already merged tactically, strategically, and legislatively here in the USA. The rise of the tyrannical police state is here. Any misdemeanor committed in the USA, especially drug-related, can now be selectively considered a "terrorist act", at the prosecutor's option. The rule of law, and assurances of equal treatment under the law, is dead in the USA.
While the USA is rapidly running out of money, and options, in promulgating these "wars", they continue to show the world a proclivity toward militaristic fascism. Where next will HARM-equipped Predator drone UAVs be deployed -- the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Greece? I suppose it's only terrorism if the other guy does it ...

You know these cards smell like some generic bricked up bullshit.....Im sure thats what the Dutch are growing in their basements.....Fucking politics strikes again....This is absolutely nutty...all they want is alot of narcs making phone calls, then showing probable cause....Or atleast thats how it works in the shit-hole I live in....What a fucking dump! lol! We use the lamps to keep the temperature at 27C?!?! I thought we used the lamps for photosynthesis?!?! Damn if all I need is heat I'll just pack em up in my attic in the dark and let em grow like mad!
