One of Britain's most senior police officers favours decriminalising the personal use of drugs such as cannabis to allow more resources to be dedicated to tackling high-level dealers, The Observer newspaper reported.

looks like drug strategy is under revue at the government. the idea that decrim-ing cannabis is going to save them money and cut crime is something that the conservatives might listen to in the current economic climate.

i wonder if cameron talked with arnie about cannabis when they met up recently
