ph is at 6.5 approx, rain water used for watering when needed and thrive fertiliser only a small amount a few times over the last three months... if it's not nute lock out, calcium or phosphorus def?

any takers on what the signs are showing?

It's mainly the middle and lower section of the plant and in blotches, rust coloured.

I usually get that or something similar on a plant or two each grow. I grow different strains each time...a mix of 4 usually...and each new. Each gets the same nute mix. Some like the pH higer, some lower, if you vary the pH a bit you can usually keep everyone fairly happy.

It won't kill it if that's your worry. But then, I'm FAR from a perfectionist. I let a lot of things go that I probably shouldn't...but I've also screwed myself royally making too drastic a change...hence my signature!

I find Sativa's like a lower pH and Indica's like a higher pH. But vary it a bit and it should clear up.

Or...possibly you're too wet/over watering...root bound? It looks a "wee bit" droopy...but that could be genetic.

Don't sweat it too much...I wouldn't. This is my opinion nothing more, see what others say before you take any action.
