Update

Two C99's (#1 & #7) have shown sex @ 37 days from sprout!

I added a Can33 filter since it's starting to smell dank in there..also tied two down because they were getting tall and re-arranged them

Looking really good Hashit! Make sure you have lots of air circulation in your grow cabinet-- I recommend a strong fan on the bottom and another near the top of the cabinet. You will be happy you did!

Cheers,

Mosca

Thanks for the advice Mosca. I currently have a fan blowing across the top canopy...I'm going to purchase another one for the bottom.

Day 42
Temps: 64 in the morning, 78 at the end of the night.
Watering: 2tsp Liquid Karma & 2 TBSP molasses per gallon of water every 4 days.

4/7 C99's are female, 3 more to go! Vigorous growth has been going on this past week...alternating nodes are every where. I put in the HPS and flipped to 12/12 yesterday.

I'm taking clones later today, two from each including the Critical+ fems.

I took plenty of pictures before flipping on the orange.

C99 #7 (female): The stinkiest of the bunch...she has a very beautiful structure while staying short and stout with fat, deep green leaves:

c99 #1 (female): Short and stocky with not much odor yet:

c99 #9(no sex yet): This one has been growing funky since the beginning...very slow growth if any at all.

c99 #? (female): Shes lanky...I had to top AND tie her down...th

c99 (female): Another lanky one...did the same as above:

c99 (no sex): Short and stout, no particular smell:

Critical+ (female): Very deep green and bushy:

Critical+ (female): This is the one that smell like cat shit...it over powers the whole damn closet!

All 7/7 C99's turned out the be female...so now I have 9 plants (including the Critical+'s) with plenty of these:

I took cuts last week...I put them in rapid rooters with distilled water and liquid karma. They have not drooped since I got the cut and the internodes are still growing on these bad-girls.

I also spent about $12 to make this light-setup for the clones..which works perfectly:

It's a 55watt CFL with a $1 keyless and $1 pop-in box. ~3k lumens which is more than enough for these clones. I havent taken any other pictures of the ladies, but they're one week into flowering.

Looking real nice, hashit!

I just finished harvesting the last of the C99f1 that I grew this summer. Great plant.
I found that I also had a high fem rate, and the aromas were subtle at best through veg. They really started putting out the terpenes once the buds got established well.
I only did one indoors, and the ones outdoors gave me one pheno that was the earliest plant of my od, and another pheno that was the longest flowering. Quite a range represented in the genetics. I have only puffed a couple of bowls of the late pheno and she is special fire.
I would keep a close eye and not take one too early just because it's sister is ready.

Best of luck!

I noticed that two of the lanky C99's have a strong minty smelly..definitely sativa influence...I wonder what the smell will transform to once the they start establishing buds. Two other C99's are short and stout with a skunky-ish smell with a hint of something fruity. Time will tell.

do you have any of them that have a zig zag growing pattern? Apparently that is one of the signs for the dome pheno..

I noticed on some of your shots your leaves have that "splochy" coloring. My F1 has the same trait in veg, once in flower though they're fine and solid colored.
Mine has no smell in veg and at week 3 in flower it gets very fruity, kinda grape is what comes to mind. This aroma stays until the end of cure and I love it. That's why she became my keeper of the bunch. Also the trim is absolutely covered in tics, all the way to the fan leaves. Haven't made hash yet but the butter I've made is killer.
Got a batch in week five right now. I love this strain.

Two C99's were culled because I found pollen sacks...other than that 5/7 fem's is still good. Not much else to say...here are a couple of pictures. I will post bud porn once I get decent sized buds.

Do you have a grow log I can look at?

I'm kinda lazy so I don't really have any grow journals or anything like that. I keep telling myself I will do one but then I'm a procrastinator too. My current grow is in coco with H&G nutes DTW. 600 watt tent setup.

Day 22 Flowering

They are budding up nicely...and lots of interesting smells...

Critical+ is in the front and back left. They stink.

Shot of the Cindys...the one on the top left smells very fruity.

Lanky more sativa leaning Cindys...they remind me of Jack Herer. I had to put her in bondage so that she can stay even with the canopy. There is another just like her in there. Nice minty smell.
