hey man, do you mind me asking how much you were watering? correct me if I'm wrong but I was under the impression that it was very difficult to over-water coco.

That's what i heard aswell, but it turned out false. I watered once/day, trying to keep it moist all the time. When i switched to every other day she was much, much happier. This is true for all plants i've grown that's been very sativa dominated. Then again i've mostly grown indicadom strains, so it's not a verdict based on science. Could be just those three plants that wanted less water.

joe,
i just read your thread, and i gotta tell ya, the ending is horrible.
it really sucks to put in that much time, effort, and nutes to get nothing but shitty weed.
i hope you have better luck next time you grow out ssh (if you do).

best bet, get a ssh with a known short bloom time- SSH plumbers cut is the ticket..fast veg, potent meds, good stretch in bloom and...only 9 weeks! Fantastic haze i tell ya!

Id go with mr nice shh, Ive not realy heard anything good about GHS, I grew there train wreck and lemon skunk, The lemon skunk was attcualy very nice, But the trainwreck was an indica plant that smelt like dogs breath, Not a very good repersinative of the real TW

Looks a lot like the plant i had. Strange, but then it's a genetic issue and not a growing issue which is good to know. And there is a bit of frost in the upper regions of the plant now, but it will not be frostfest. Tried some lower buds and even though she's got four-five weeks to go i can tell the smoke is going to be at least decent.

About mr nice being better than ghs, i really don't know what to think. There is a lot of bashing going on and i really don't care about all the intrigues. Aren't the genetics supposed to be the same? But i have been looking at some other strains from mr nice and found a few i'd like to try.

That ssh plumbers cut, very hard to get a hold on i sweden i assume...

:yeahthats

What I noticed was that when 1st transplanted it seems better to let them dry out a bit, I think it was Bonecarver OG that told me this, he called it "walking the line". Once u have a pot that is full of roots u can water/feed everyday (temps being a factor as well)...at least that has been my experience thus far. :tiphat:
