I found a spider in my grow area so I sucked it up with a vacuum cleaner

Spiders are actually quite beautiful...and there's nothing wrong with living in tune with nature and having a bit of respect for it. I just don't kill shit, call me a hippy...I kind of am one. I love animals and bugs and shit, lol...

I usually always try to preserve a spiders life. I don't really feel that way about any other bugs really I guess that are in my house, unless I consider them neat. . I get the feeling that any other spiders around might sense that spiders death then feel the need to bite me when sleeping.. Bit silly.

Tho if there really fast and aggressive looking, I usually do kill them, that’s pretty rare tho. I'd rather kill a nasty looking spider than let it hang out in my home. but normally spiders seem alright. I take a cup and put it over the spider, take a sheet of paper to slide it underneath and then discard the little guy outside.

Once I had a pretty big spider in my living room walking gracefully across the carpet, it was summer time, so he probably found his way into my home that evening. Once I trapped him in the cup, he seemed pretty scared, understandably, humans kill things all the time. I kept him trapped in the glass for awhile looking at him, then when I lifted the glass to let him go outside, it seemed really calm and just walked off slowly, almost in the same graceful manner that I found him.

Usually, unless its a lady bug or something cool, the rule is, if it flys, it dies. I hate flys...

Its in the Dyson cyclone spinning around in there somewhere. Normally I would keep my distance (I have severe arachnaphobia), but it was preventing me from getting work done. I can't see him because there's dust in there too, but is he dead? If I turn off the vacuum cleaner will it rise from the dust from whence it spun "round to seek revenge and crawl on me while I sleep?

Deep down I know I can't leave the vacuum cleaner on forever...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh
i usually let em climb on my hand/arm and let em go.

When I was younger me and my brother lived in the basement in our house. He had the top bunk and one night a spider dropped into his mouth as we were laying in bed. At the time he was only in 5th grade. He still has some spider issues to this day.

What about a bee? You can never kill a bee. Thats worse than anything imo.

I actually never see bee's in my house. Once I had a lone wasp in the house, Yeh that thing was extremely hard to kill, it seemed almost indestructible - eventually my sister and I beat it up enough so as to where it couldn't move to well (sounds really bad), but was still well alive, so I had tossed him into the garbage disposal, I was pretty young at the time. Bees are neat and valuable creatures, but if there’s a bee or a creature like it stocking me outside, I ll throw up my fists and defensively block its flight of travel towards me by giving it some quick jabs.

I think the most common insect in anyone’s house has to be the spider

To tell you the truth, the only insects I actually hate and don’t have a problem with killing are the ones that don’t respect my space, and try leech off of me, like flies, mosquitoes, and gnats. ( I was going to joke and say politicans, but I don't want to raise any red flags).

To the OP, at least it wasn't a snake.

Wait... we let Yummy back in? I swear I knew he would come back with another name eventually, I just didn't figure it would take him 394 posts to expose himself.

Spiders are your friends....100%

If it was not for our wee 8 legged buddies, you'd all be ass fucking deep in insects of all sorts....spiders and bats are the main reasons why you are not.

And keep in mind, all you arachnophobes....no matter where you are (outside of 'clean' rooms and the polar regions) you are never more than 5 feet from a spider of some kind.

And besides.....they're cute

He did, actually, it was pennywinkle or something like that, I am going to ignore your insult, and thank god I am not you.

Funny thing is look at my post count and join date - then look at your's.
