Right finally got round to updating pics again, the ladies are getting alot bigger now have them on full str nutrients, and now have topped up the pots with some mulch that we aquired from the side of the road... lol

3 of the plants have got abit of lst done to them, we fimmed 2 but i think one was to low and got topped instead.

Heres the pics.

And last but not least a funny for everyone.

Cheers guys, and thnx shroomy ill remember that nxt time, i wish the car would be gone its a nuisance but we cant move it, extended familys.
Im still hoping all these lovely plants come out female and dont throw a hermie like the parent did to my mate before i arrived, heres hoping.
I must say the smells are slowly developing and aren't to bad.

These plants are pretty bushy now, ill find time by the weekend to update pics i hope, and one question that is undecided by alot of people i think, is it better to trim off fan leaves as they get bigger for more light penetration or is that not essential for outdoor grows so much, have been doing it so far, and left 1 not trimmed to see the difference.

I think you might need bigger pots when those things get going Afro. Are they clones or seed?

They are from seed(bagseed), my mate had a plant last year b4 i arrived, and it through a massive hermie on him got heaps of seeds and hoped for the best lol.
cant get them into bigger pots though, gotta keep them smaller, they have to be hidden every now and then when my mates nan and pop come over.
once i get my own place sometime, i def wanna give a proper outdoor a good try, and get into some indoor hydro / maybe even coco.

be careful keeping em in between metal sheds on days that it gets 35 plus the sheds metal can be about 50 which will fry your plants to hell

yeh man no worries, sunllight dies off quikly in this spot have them there kinda hidden atm, had a plumber round fixing irrigation lines, one question ive wantd to no, since we cant get these plants 2 big, is there a way i can force them into bud earlier possibly very soon.

You could put a big black plastic bag over them for a 12/12 cycle. I wouldn't though, that would be a daily mission. See if you can get them to grow to their full potential under the summer sun.

you can force flower your plants definitely

its exactly the same as 12/12 with lights except you will have to move them from out side to inside into a dark room over night.


this will require you to take them out at about 6 am and putting em inside at 6pm and repeat until you harvest them

id also start on a flowering formula
and an intial dark period of 24 hours
then on to 12/12 as Shroomy has stated

haha sweet guys, i thought that would do it but asking 1st always helps, id love to let them grow massive but as i said, my mates nan n pop come over and if they get 2 big and hard to move/hide and they find them they would call the popos.

Actual sunlight hours on the plants allready are and reach max of about 12-14 outside, is that right? so how does going 12/12 work, or does daylight hours in the sky even if its early morning/late night sun in the sky but not on the plants count as more sunlight hours,
i guess the initial shock treatment of a day or 2 in darkness kinda forces the budding anyway?
And by flowering formula do you just mean get some flowering nutes?
I no alot of questions but everyone starts somewhere with growing

yeah mate even twilight would effect them
i had a plant with one brach in under a patio light
the rest flowered except that branch
even torchlight on some types/phenos can have an effect

the initial dark period is like a shock to system
to get budding moving along

flowering formula=flowering nutes

haha awesome, you guys are a wealth full of knowledge , i hope one day im as good as ya, and can even get into abit of breeding, would be so fun finding the perfect pheno's of strains to cross/interbreed together.
anyway for the meantime
