So I've been lurking on the hydro forum a lot lately and ran across this product on BigGreen's thread. Who else has used this product and had good/bad results? I've been reading about it and it seems like everybody loves the damn thing. It seems like it might be the cure or help for slow veggers, people who want to cut down veg time, or people who defoliate to speed the veg process back to pace. Whoever has used this please chime in!

Thanks

All i noticed is that it makes the leaves reach for the light. When everything is optimal in my rooms that happens anyway. and it is boucoup dinero..... i think the saturator/penetrator you have to use with it is a much more valuable product overall

Humble,

Yeah does seem like another expensive bottle to buy. Did you do any side by sides? It just seems that it could help in so many ways. Anybody else?

I didn't do side by sides. Miracle snake oils are usually just that.
It does something, but how quantifiable is that something?

I know a few people who love it but I saw fuck all when I used it last crop. Funny thing about Penetrator (Saturator) is originally its was 20ml per liter. Then it got popular and went to 30ml and then automatically to 60ml. LOL when I talked to the rep he said that UBC testing showed using more was better, yah better for their bottom line.

I bought LL/Sat for my new grow, but while the babies were getting their first set of leaves I decided to try it on my lone outdoor plant that was ~10 days into flower. Since using it twice a week, as recommended on their Nutrient Chart (30ml is only for mature plants) the buds have tripled in size in 2 weeks.

I have since sprayed the younguns' 3Xs; they are the healthiest in my experience. I have seen leaves reach for the sky periodicaly but not consistently.

When you realize who little you use per spray, 1 liter will last years.

Pet,

Did you do side by sides or did you jut start spraying the veg girls after you saw the results on your outdoor girls? Have you ran the outdoor strain before?

Seems like saturator might work well with pure flowers in early flower. So if you use saturator, you can foliar feed/spray anything during lights on?

I wanted to try it out watching a few people side by sides here made me pass, from what i remember it deformed the leaves and made buds smaller
try it out and let us know

I had the same problem. It started to bleach my leaves also. I raised the light up higher than normal and it alleviated the twisting of leaves but the bleaching continued until I ran 1/2 strength.

Does anyone have any idea what it is and how it does what it is claiming?
Calling something liquid light is taking the snake oil game to new levels!

I believe the reason you can spray with Saturator with the lights on is because it doesn't contain alcohol like some of the older wetting agents. The alcohol would evaporate really fast and damage/stain the leaves.

Also the twisting/bleaching of the leaves is probably from spraying too much. This will happen with anything you over spray.
